Quick visit
Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is adding charging ports to the desk area and night stands. I'm glad I brought my multi-outlet plug so we could charge all of our electronics.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The elevator wasn't working which was a bit of trouble for us after a long drive. Breakfast was great. Good night's sleep - couldn't get the internet or tv to work well.

ELEVTOR DOOR TRAPPED US IN!!!!!!!!!!
Biggest problem was my son and I got stuck in the elevator, when we first got there the elevator door was slow and you can see was sticking, later that night my son and I used it and the door got stuck on our floor. Luckily it opened just enough to get my fingers in and I was able to pry it open. If my son, daughter, wife had been in the elevator alone they would have been stuck. Front desk didn't offer anything to make up for this major safety issue, didn't offer a discount or anything. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE AND THE HOTEL KNEW IT WAS STICKING. NOT HAPPY OR IMPRESSED.

For a non smoking property you could smell smoke everywhere.
