"Clean room, spacious "

"Very loud neighbour and called the desk. Service Rep indicated that they would not be able to do much about noise. I was not happy, and expressed this to Customer Rep. Manager got involved and stopped noisy neighbour immediately and called us to apologize. I stay in hotel rooms ~50% of my year and understand what is reasonable. Did not appreciate flippant reply from first contact with front desk. Customer Rep was quite dismissive."

"What a neat little hotel. It is a little older however they have gone above and beyond with adding the extras in the rooms then many hotels ie. on pillowcases it is embroidered what the pillow rates soft firm etc. what a nice little touch. Great location and lots of parking. Rates reasonable as well."

"Unfortunately we had to wait 20 min for the room to be cleaned ehike we waited in our vehicle , but I also understand stuff happens. Front end staff and the lady that cleaned our room were very nice. The sound does carry quite a bit from the upstairs unit, especially when they wear their shoes. But again, it didn’t last too long thankfully. The room was clean, we got 10% off our meal and white foot and were offered a free breakfast voucher for the inconvenience for waiting for our room. It was not a bad experience, just a few hiccups. Thank you, Paul & Tams "
