“Staff is wonderful. Walking distance to Dry Tortuga ferry. Would have given 5 stars but air conditioner didn't keep room cool.”

“There is no staff. No one there at checkin. We had trouble with getting into the room. Room lacked electrical outlets and a table for a laptop. Wifi never worked for the three nights we stayed there despite a number of calls. We were in a building across the street and the wifi didn't work there, It did in the main building. The guy on the help line blamed my ineptness for not being able to connect to wifi. My wife couldn't connect and also our neighbors in other rooms. Stay in a hotel...

“It was fine. The negatives were a very small shower with inadequate water pressure. The room was small but fine if you are only there to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the small refrigerator was nice. The shared balcony again was fine. The poor and surrounding area was not kept clean of leaves and dirt. Overall, fine but the conditions and amenities did not support the price of the room.”

“The AC/cooling fan was terribly loud. Couldn’t get asleep for normal adult who doesn’t suffer any insomnia problem unless wearing ear plugs plus turning the fan off at 95 degree night. Even turning off the fan inside our room we could still hear the noise from the room next to us. Room cleanness was less terrible but doubtable as a “three star hotel”. Bugs everywhere. Furnitures looked like haven’t been cleaned for a while. Indeed they were because staff was only available to clean the room...

“Great room cold a/c and probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Place doesn't look like much when you get there but it's a nice little place. It's kinda in a strange place behind a building. The only pain is you have to go check in at the office on Duval st. I would recommend and I would definitely stay again. We go to key west quite often and the best way is rent a scooter so you can get around the island without paying for parking. By staying out there, you get away from...
