“Chambre propre. Un peu petite quand on voyage avec 2 grosses valises. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre et la climatisation n'était pas très efficace. Elle rafraîchissait seulement le couloir. “I booked based on the great reviews. However, this property is really old. Facilities are not 5 * . The service was pretty haphazard . Despite checking in with Amex the reception failed to state they don’t accept Amex meaning I had to pay via online banking , not a huge issue but missed out on reward points and no detail from the team when checking in what was / was not accepted and even took hold payment from Amex - truly odd. “Great beach, rooms and most common areas very clean. Staff courteous. Outdoor areas generally well kept. Told that drinking tap water in rooms would be at own risk, yet charged for glass of water during meal! During showers in room stood in2 to 3 inches of grey water beause drain pipe plugged. Went to call house keeping, discovered phone did not work. Went to front desk to ask for phone, never arrived!”
