Las camas están horribles… el buffet algo pobre.

En general está “normal” pero la cama está muy muy incómoda… amanecí contracturado. No lo recomiendo. El check in es hasta las 9pm y pues es impractico si estás de paso a otra ciudad.

Das Hotel "Alte Klavierfabrik Meißen" wurde von uns spontan für eine Nacht aufgrund eines Konzertbesuchs gebucht. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr weich, fast schon unangenehm. Das Frühstück war eher zweckmäßig; besonders enttäuschend war der lösliche Kaffee anstelle von Bohnenkaffee. Auffällig war auch, dass die Frühstückszeit bereits beim Check-In festgelegt wurde und man einen festen Platz zugewiesen bekam – fast, als ob man sich schon auf die nächste Corona-Welle vorbereitet. Zudem war der Fahrstuhl an unserem Aufenthaltstag leider defekt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die zentrale Lage und die ausreichenden Parkmöglichkeiten. Es reicht gerade so noch für 4 Sterne.

Wir haben ein Wochenende im Hotel verbracht. Die Matratzen im Comfortzimmer waren so durchgelegen, die Spiralfedern kamen schon heraus. Die Ecken im Zimmer wurden schon länger nicht gesäubert. Tote Insekten und jede Menge Staub z.Die Gardinen waren teilweise aus der Schiene und hingen lose herunter.. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot alles was man erwartet. Der Frühstücksraum ist freundlich hell und liebevoll dekoriert.

Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum entfernt. Parkplätze sind ausreichend erhalten. Wir wollten am ersten Abend gern das Abendbufett kurzfristig zu buchen, was leider nicht mehr möglich war.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Mehr als ausreichend für eine Übernachtung. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Falls ich mich mal wieder nach Meißen verirren sollte, wird das auf jeden Fall wieder meine Wahl.

Betten waren etwas zu klein und zu weich. Keine vernünftige Abdunklung möglich. Frühstück war hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Für die Durchreise OK, aber…

Der Empfang war kühl und sachlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze super weich und mir taten all die Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen leid die in der billige Schaumstoffmatratze nächtigen mussten. Frühstück mit Plörrekaffe (Instantkaffee aus der Maschine) und Aufbackbrötchen. Richtigen Bohnenkaffee bzw. Kaffeevariationen gab es gegen Aufpreis (z.B. Kaffee Crema 2,50€) und leider keine Michersatzprodukte. Also für mich kommt das Hotel und die Hotelkette Travdo absolut nicht mehr in Frage!

Nichterstattung und sofortige Vorauszahlung gebucht.Doch Was passiert, wenn bei der Buchung ein Fehler passiert? Im Buchungskalender sprang der geplante Monat Oktober auf November, da das Hotel wahrscheinlich ausgebucht war....Nichts!... Anrufe landen in der Sprachbox, 3 Mails- unbeantwortet! Einschreibebrief- nicht beantwortet. Empfehlung von Expedia an das Hotel auf Kulanz - abgelehnt! In der "Alten Klavierfabrik" spielt man auf falschen Se(a)iten schlechte Töne, statt auf Noten schaut man auf Banknoten. In diese Tasten hauen ich nie wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr einfach,sehr schlecht sind die Madratzen zu bewerten.Das Personal ist freundlich.Leider kann man am Abend auch ohne Vorbestellung nicht zu Abend essen.Es ist dann schwierig am Montag ein Restaurant zu finden.

Für Kurzaufenthalt okay.

Frühstück ausreichend, Abendessen alles geschmeckt. Personal teilweise sehr freundlich. WLAN funktionierte nur in der Lobby. Kopfkissen zu dünn, Betten teilweise durchgelegen (Federn hat man bereits gespürt). Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Meissen und Umgebung sehr schön.

Der Check-in ging schnell und reibungslos. 2x Frühstück war sehr Gut. Es war sehr abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lies zu wünschen übrig. Im Treppenhaus liegen schon seit 3 Tagen, 2 benutzte Tempos. 2 Tage die selben Kaffeeflecken im Frühstücksraum an der selben Stelle. Unser Zimmer war gesäubert. Das Doppelbett ist eine ungeheure Zumutung, da die Madratze dermaßen durchgelegen ist, das man beim hinsetzen , fast auf dem Fußboden sitzt, da oben eine Kuhle ist. Das Kopfkissen roch leider sehr unangenehm nach Pommes.
