"Overall the Dukes is an ok hotel - back in its day I can imagine it was a wow hotel However now it is looking dated Breakfast again was ok but for the price per person wasn’t worth it - They do well to cater for all nationalities but it’s chaotic The concierge guy was amazing and went beyond in trying to help me reclaim lost luggage."
