"This is a decent hotel. I would say maybe four stars. I think the hotel is beginning to show somewhere and tear as the carpet in my room for example had stains and some of the bathroom appliances had water damage. But overall, it still has a modern fill. Staff were always very friendly and helpful and kind. There is a few dining options nearby like a good sushi place. Maybe about a 35 to 40 minute ride to the Dubai airport w/ some traffic. In terms of location all the tours that I booked were able to pick me up from this hotel. Overall, a seven out of 10 would maybe stay again but nothing fancy."

"The manager Katrin was amazing, after sharing the reason that I was visiting as my mother had been taken into hospital whilst staying with family. Katrin showed genuine care and after she realised I wasn’t staying that much in the hotel because I spent all the time in the hospital, she kindly offered me a late check out and made sure I was ok, Katrin also told me to reach out for anything and she will ensure my stay is comfortable."
