The music on the first floor was so loud it was hard to fall asleep at night. After two days of suffering, I was able to sleep comfortably after changing rooms. Thank you for the quick response at the reception. Massage was AED350 or expensive, but it was poor. Note please!

Avoid getting a room on 1st floor
Our room was on 1st floor. It was very noisy during the night since a nightclub was downstairs. I made complaints several times, but failed to shift. I complained again when I checked out. Gladys, the hotel staff provided me with a late check-out and airport drop-off service as a compensation. I am thankful for her offer, however the hotel's system and service have to be improved.

만족하나 주요 관광지와는 접근성이 떨어짐.
관광지와의 거리가 약간 먼 것을 제외하면 매우 만족할 수준입니다 버스를이용하기 위해서는 지하철에서 데일리티켓을 일정에따라서 충분히 구매해 두시는것이 움직이는데 불편함이 없을것이며, 티켓이없다면 호텔셔틀이 부르즈 칼리파와 카이트비치에가니 이용하는것도 도움이될것이나 그다지 많지는않습니다. 여행의 상당부분은 버스로 이동하여야 할 것인데 표는 지하철에서만 판매하고 그 표로 환승 가능하기 때문입니다. 즐거운여행되세요!

Nice hotel, I requested early check-in and it was accommodated by the front line staff. Spacious rooms and facilities. Swimming pool and gym. Some nearby restaurants Walkable distance and small malls. Shuttle service is only twice a day morning and afternoon one way only. Also there was return shuttle to Dubai Mall which was good for day out and shopping. La Mer beach is only 10 mind taxi ride. Local taxi are cheaper and meter starting from AED 5 . I mostly took taxi as no metro nearby. Overall great experience and beautiful rooftop views and ambience.
