Basic. But sufficient.
Spacious room. Hot showers. They gave me late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm so that was nice. There's a gym and pool on the top floor, with shower. So even after we checked out, we could still shower (they have us towels!) before heading to the airport. that was fabulous. Hotel definitely needs updating though!

اختيار غير جيد
مستوى الفندق ليس 4 نجوم بل 3 أو أقل. الخدمة ليست مستوى 4 نجوم وك\لك الاستقبال أما الإفطار فلا يرقى لمستوى 3 نجوم. لا أوصىي بهذا الفندق أبداً. والخلاصة أن سعر الليلة لا يتناسب مع الخدمات المقدمة

Lontano da metropolitana, brutta struttura e vecchia Tenuta malissimo, sporco e soprattutto la camera era veramente pietosa, il bagno vomitevole. Non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel che si spaccia per un 4 stelle ma in realtà è a voler esagerare massimo un 2 stelle. Con I soldi spesi per questo soggiorno avrei dovuto avere il meglio del meglio. ASSURDO!!!!! Ho fatto le mie dimostranze alla reception e ho informato direttamente il manager che non mi ha dato risposta. VI CONSIGLIO DI NON LAVORARE PIÙ CON QUESTA STRUTTURA! Acceptable and worth for the price.
Everything are good only only one thing is the music from the clubs on the lobby is very loud until 2AM. The breakfast buffet very limited.

From the first minute the staff could not have been nicer. They are what keeps this tired old hotel going. If you are looking for a budget hotel and don’t mind a walk this is the one for you.

Nice hotel close to Airport and other amenities
The reception was really friendly and let us leave our bags there until check-in. She also upgraded us for free to a larger room so that was sweet! The location was perfect for where we needed to be and easy to catch a taxi out the front. Would recommend as it was not expensive either.

Good for the money
The hotel has 3 night clubs on the first floor. The music is blasting until 3 am and we could hear it very well. Rooms are big. Bathroom is outdated and durty.

Für den Preis OK
Nach unserer ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt bei welchem die Laken dreckig und das Bad voll Schimmel war. Wir durften dank dem netten Herren der reseption das zimmer erneut wechseln und bekamen dann ein "akzeptables". das zimmer lag neben der grossbaustelle direkt am hotel gebäude. morgens um 6 wurden wir durch die eisenleger geweckt. erneut wollten wir das zimmer wechseln, nach ca 3 stunden warten (versprechen reseption dass wir wechseln konnten jedoch diese zum zeitpunkt plötzlich total ausgelastet war) konnten wir das zimmer wechseln. das erneute zimmer war auf der *hospital* seite und hatte zwar schimmel im bad, jedoch war es ruhiger als das baustellenzimmer. Unten in der Lobby hat es drei discos welche bis morgen um 5 party musik in aller lautstärke laufen lassen (auch wenn diese leer ist). der öffentliche strand is tmit dem taxi ca. 5 min entfernt, an diesem ort lässt sich gut entspannen. ein sonnenschirm kann für 50 DHB/tag gemietet werden.

Average hotel
The hotel staff were accomodating & helpful. But the door bell from the other room is so audible, we can hear it as early as 5am when we were asleep. The smell of the carpet is aweful, we noticed different kind of smell everyday.

I booked a executive suit when I got to my room I can smell the molds all o as the room and the walls have molds every where. I asked to he move in a regular room even it's not executive cause I couldn't stand the molds. Terrible experience.

Het extra opklapbed was erg slecht, de andere bedden waren wel goed. Op de kamer vonden wij ook nog kleding van de vorige gasten. Het personeel was wel erg aardig. De volgende ochtend hielpen zij ons op weg wat wij in Dubai konden doen en gaven ons een kaart. Het hotel was prima voor één nachtje maar langer ook niet.

Not a bad hotel overall at least where staff are concerned as they tried their level best to help.however my first meal was a great disappointment and had I stayed more than one night I just wonder if I would have attempted to try out a second meal.also my promised ash tray never turned up.

Need Some Time to renovate
Overall it is ok place, if you like some music ! They have 3 different type of music with dances going on three different places inside the hotel. Bad part is the maintenance work. Swimming pool was not open as it was going through maintenance & in gym room the treadmills were hard to operate. They were also working on fire hydrants all the time. Make sure to get non smoking room to avoid smell !

Good Food / service but overall disasterous hotel
Not so good stay. Though hotel is marked with 4 stars, but I would give it 2 stars. Stinky smoking smell in the corridors, old rotten smelly carpets in the rooms, aloof location, no shopping facilities nearby. Food and service was good. Hotel staff full of Indian Pakistani and Vietnamese staff, very cooperative. Conservative families should avoid this hotel. Apart from one restaurant, all others are basically dance bars. Scantily clothed dancers could be seen in the small reception area. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Das Personal war stets äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage (10 min zu Dubai Downtown). Auch war es sauber. Jedoch merkte man, dass es bereits einige Jahre hinter sich hatte. Weiterhin lag unser Zimmer über den Hoteleigenen Club. Jede Nacht von 22.00-3.00 Uhr hörte man die Musik. Mit Kopfhörer oder Ohropax konnte man jedoch nichts mehr hören. Ein weiterer Punkt war, dass die Minibar abgeschlossen war in unserem Zimmer. Wir wollten den Kühlschrank nutzen um unser Wasser zu kühlen. Wir haben dies zwei Mal an der Rezeption gemeldet und uns wurde versichert, dass sie es aufschliessen würden. Dies war aber nicht der Fall. Der Pool war gerade unter Renovation. Uns wurde jedoch eine Alternative in einem anderen Hotel 5 Gehminuten entfernt angeboten.

Noisy and more noise
first night i was on the second floor, the noise from the nightclubs ( there two) on the ground floor kept me awake . they go on to about 4am !!!! only with ear plugs could I sleep.next day I asked for another room and was moved to the third floor could still hear the clubs a little but not enough to disturb me. the Asian restaurant is good building site next to hotel they start at 7am

Hotel for leisure not for business trip
Hotel is strategically located with some good music , nice pool and jacquzzi ,and close to traditional meena bazar of bur dubai , however lobby does not have wifi , room service needs to be improved, its surprising we lost our mobile charger in room , and hotel did not respond at all , needs better training of staff in handling guests. Not at all recommended for business trip, okay for family holiday trip .

The hotel is a strange mixture of cultures. It has an Indian bar, a phillipino bar, a European bar and a sports bar plus an Indian restaurant onsite.

Breakfast NOT Included...
The morning buffet was superb. Upon ck-in we were informed of the surcharge, and disappointed. but it was worth it. The pool was nice and used several times along with the jacuzzi. We did have to travel far to visit other locations. A lot of cabs became added expense, but we couldn't beat the price for a most comfortable room. I had a massage. I did lose a pair of BLUE prescription sun glasses on a desert dune trip, that were not located from the night SAFARI. Another expense.

.... Club Hotel - nein danke!
Es handelt sich beim Country Club Hotel, wie der Name schon sagt, um ein Club Hotel, das heisst, es gibt drei Clubs und eine Sportbar neben der Lobby. Leider ist die Musik derartig laut, dass man nachts kein Auge zumacht! Unzumutbar! Die Lage ist auch nicht sehr gut, man muss immer ein Taxi bestellen, oder die Metro nehmen, die Station ist aber zu Fuß ca. 15-20 min. entfernt (super bei 35°). Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, leider bei beiden Schimmel im Bad. Das Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden mit ca. 10 €, ist aber nicht jedermanns Geschmack.... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, höflich und sehr bemüht - das war ein Lichtlbick. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen, leider war das Zimmer nur für zwei vorbereitet, erst auf Nachfragen kam dann das dritte Bett, genauso wie die Handtücher...

Great hotel
The hotel was a very good stay although I was there only for one night. From location perspective i would say its a bit remote although i did not have any problems at all since i had my own car and there was ample parking available. I was upgraded into an executive room and the room was fantastic. I could not stay for the breakfast as i had to checkout very early; althought it was charged at AED 40/person. I would definitely stay here again.

I will never ever try this hotel again. The bedroom was fully og bedbugs which was let me awake all the nights.
