Fantastic staff, led by Ashraf, cleaning team were superb led by Edgar and ever so so accommodating. Great location near the Palm.

Everyone from the moment I arrived to the moment I left was helpful, accommodating and so friendly. The property and room was extremely clean and if I needed anything, it was promptly delivered. I felt at home and will arrange my stay here next visit. My thanks to the entire staff.

The reception was wonderful in greeting as we arrived. The check in was very quick and efficient. The welcome punch was very nice touch Every request was promptly attended to and the staff was always smiling and helpful We had a beautiful room with everything that was needed. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the beach was a perfect place to relax for the day I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay
