The best part of the management was that when we requested to upgrade our suite from city view to pool side, they immediately helped us to upgrade out suite with no extra cost and I really appreciate that kind of hospitality!! 😊 The room was super clean with daily cleanliness being maintained and the staff were also really helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Dubai.

The staff were super lovely, Anjil, Tessa, Ali all super helpful, kind and patient. The room itself was pretty nice, the use of the air conditioning was a little confusing but you get the hang of it. And it's well placed if you want to go to Deira
