The Dubai International Airport Hotel is located inside Dubai Airport Transit Area Concourse A, B, and C in Terminal 3. Guests must be in transit to access the hotel. Upon arrival, guests must not pass through Immigration and Customs and should not exit the terminal. Guests arriving at the airport from Dubai City, must be checked in to a flight to access the hotel. Guests arriving at Terminal 2 must go to the Transfer Desk and use the inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C. Hotel guests can move between concourses A, B, C and D (Airside). Guests arriving and departing via Emirates Airlines may not be allowed to access Concourse D. Please note that guests cannot access or retrieve their checked luggage while staying in the hotel.
Spa facilities are available in Concourses A and B; Concourse C Spa facilities are closed due to ongoing renovation. The fitness facility and swimming pool are available in Concourse B.

The location, staff and cleanliness were excellent, I would have appreciated a bar / coffee shop in the hotel. I appreciate there are plenty of F&B outlets in the airport, but I expected something from the hotel for a peaceful spot.

From being collected at the gate This was an opportunity to get a great nights rest whilst transiting between planes. We had executive room, great size, very comy large bed. Clean, ample toiletries, fantastic breakfast. A must if you need a nap between flights

Not able to access hotel

Can not tell you since was not able to stay. First there was no information that you must stay airside to use this hotel, second someone took my suitcase by mistake meaning I had to pass immigration to go landside to retrieve my luggage. It was not then allowed to go back airside as had no boarding pass for a flight, arriving boarding pass does not get you back to airside. The time was then 2am so had to find another hotel at extra expense.

I got to the hotel to check in, they did not have my Expedia number booking reference and they said they don't deal with Expedia. I talked to the manager and he said he would cancel my hotel if they eventually found my reference number. They did find my reference number and said they would cancel my hotel, I have not received a credit yet. I called Expedia and let them know the situation and they said they would follow up with the hotel let me know in seven days, it's been three weeks and I have heard nothing Could somebody please get back to me and confirm that I'm getting a refund for a hotel I didn't use because the hotel said they did not deal with Expedia and did not have a reference number that I gave them.
