This was our second time visiting here over Christmas time. Had a lovely stay staff are lovely really attentive, gorgeous breakfast setting with huge choice of food, beach amenities an excellent bonus would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us

The hotel was excellent in every way. Staff friendly, professional and polite. Rooms clean well equipped and adequate. Breakfast exception. Restaurant, pool and beach catering top rate. All in all very difficult to beat in any area

The hotel is tired. Very busy. Definitely not 5 star. More like an ok 3 star hotel. Rooms small and basic and old. Lacking usual complementary room additions. Pool is good. New year gala dinner was good but very expensive

This place is absolutely amazing. The hotel has a lazy river, the beach bar and restaurant is amazing. The infinity pool and view is out of this World. The staff is so kind.

Lovely room at Dukes, staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is a little tired. Pool itsf is lovely but needs some upgrades ro tiles etc. Also gets very busy on weekend. Struggled to find 2 sun beds together. Beer very expensive too, 69 dir 500 mls of Peroni. 15 less in the Hilton down the road. Overall very good stay a d would happily return.

Loved the hotel location. Easy access to private beach. Hotel has a great indoor pool. Staff was friendly and quite helpful in general. Palm Jumeriah Mall is literally right in front of the Hotel. Hotel is a little outdated, and there was a change of ownership during our stay.

Very nice and modern 5 star hotel. When my reservation was made I was given the option to add breakfast for $5US, it's definitely worth it. No self parking, only valet but it's free (not anymore if you tip the drivers which is a must anyway). Private beach and location at the Palm Jumeira in front of the mall and monorail is a plus.
