"Absolutely beautiful hotel and wonderful experience. Everything is sheer luxury and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! Having had issues with Expedia with bookings the hotel staff were fantastic at trying to help resolve issues and nothing was a bother to them. Lots to do in the hotel itself so if you are looking for somewhere to relax I would recommend. Food was also fantastic and plenty of options and variety in multiple restaurants."

"Exceptional staff, very welcoming and kind throughout our extended stay! Special thanks to Khodarhm, who was always very pleasant and helpful. Also, we had a special delivery with a kind handwritten note from Kunga, the guest relations supervisor. We love the property and staff and the breakfast is excellent daily! We always stay with Shangri-La, and the Dubai location exceeded our expectations! We will be back!"
