“Had a very relaxing 5 night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean though starting to look a bit tired. The pool area was lovely and quiet during our stay. The only issue we had is that after we checked out we realised we had misplaced a set of headphones. We emailed the hotel straightaway but had no response. We tried calling and finally got through and told they would look into it and call back. To date we still have not had a response. Very disappointing!”

“Had booked a twin non smoking room but inly had a twin smoking room when arrived, moved after 2 days, lack of towels provided. ”

“location is out class. hotel is good but not very good. hair dryer was not in the room. small flies in the room. rooms are comfortable.”
