The price was too expensive for a small and like that. It smelled bad because of the poor ventilation system. Staff was friendly. It was a very old building with very old furniture.

アパートタイプのホテルなので台所がついており、それに起因するのか部屋にはゴキブリがいた。部屋のアメニティはシャンプーとボディソープのみで、ひげ剃り歯ブラシ、スリッパ等は付属していない。バスタオルの交換はないので、部屋についている洗濯機で自分で洗濯しなければならず、短期旅行者にはおすすめしないです。

La struttura e’ centralissima, a meno di un minuto si ha tutto ( trasporti, ristoranti, beni di qualsiasi necessità). Il personale e’ fantastico, sempre disponibile e cordiale riguardo qualsiasi richiesta. La struttura e’ leggermente vecchia ma complessivamente pulita e dotata di zona solarium.

Ubicación excelente en la zona de Al Barsha desde donde se llega prácticamente a todos los sitios de Dubai en poco tiempo en metro o bus. La habitación era muy amplia y bien equipada. La piscina en la azotea tiene muy buenas vistas.

Old and horrible!

The place is so old and needs major updating. The square footage is horrible with tight areas that you can’t manuver unless you move the furniture each time. The rug was filthy and old regardless of them cleaning it. I would never stay here again, I wanted to leave after the first hour of being there. I don’t recommend!

Het was zeer aangenaam. We waren er met onze twee zoons van 8 en 12 in een zeer ruim tweeslaapkamer appartement met alles erop en eraan. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van ons verlof. We verbleven er 10 dagen.

La villa Najd a énormément changé . C’est la 3 eme fois que j’y séjourne mais cette dernière expérience a été désagréable. Je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds. Quelques membres du personnel étaient agréables et serviables. Une fuite dans la salle de bain a créé une inondation. L appartement ne convient pas du tout pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants c est trop petit. Il faut toujours réclamer les serviettes et le ménage dans la chambre. Bref plus jamais en ce qui me concerne.

Home away from home

The hotel interior and equipment needs refurbishment as it has become old.In Our 1 bed apartment cooking oven,electric kettle and AC kept on tripping. Staff was very good and cooperative.Hotel location is best in Barsha,very lively street full of small cafes and stores.Parking space also good.

Hôtel à 2 pas du Mall of the Emirates

Mis à part quelques nuisances sonores à cause des travaux près de l'hôtel, je le recommande car il est idéalement situé à 200m à pied du Mall of the Emirates. Les chambres sont spacieuse et confortable, le personnel est très sympa.

Quel dommage !!!

Quel dommage !!!!! Un emplacement parfait pour visiter dubai mais le reste est catastrophique ... nous avions réserves notre séjour de 5jours pour 4 personnes et surprise à notre arrives il n'y avait Qu'un lit double (!nous avions pourtant appeler avant afain de rajouter les lits supplementaires De nos enfants ) leur réponse a été les enfants ne paie pas donc pas de lit pas de couverture pas de serviettes bref nous avons du tout réclamer (chose que j'ai horreur de faire !) ils sont gentils mais manque de professionnalisme nous avons demandés le ménage quotidien dans notre chambre et même en réclament le 3eme jour cela n'était toujours pas fait ! Pour finaliser notre séjour on s'aperçoit que la sommes de notre séjour a été prélever 2 fois !!! Bref malgré tout il reste correct et surtout un superbe emplacement

Prima locatie

Eenvoudig hotel met aardig personeel. Locatie op 3 minuten lopen van de Mall of the Emirates (incl. metrohalte). Kamer zijn niet altijd even schoon, hebben achterstallig onderhoud en het meubilair heeft zijn beste tijd al lang gehad. Bedden waren wel zeer goed! Zwembad op het dak heeft (veel) te weinig ligbedden. Kortom een prima uitvalsbasis om Dubai te leren kennen indien je er niet al te veel voor hoeft te betalen.

BITTERLY DISAPPONTED

I was bitterly disappointed in the hotel; the room was filthy with mold on the bathroom walls, never mind the telephone that was so filthy! It looked like the room had never been cleaned with glitter all over the bedroom carpet! In the middle of summer you arrive to no air conditioning in the room; you had to turn it on and the fridge and other appliances turned off so you could not even put anything into the fridge to get it cold!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anybody!!!

The room has a bad smell. Wifi is not working at all. Very limited english channel. Very noisy outside since we are situated opposite the housekeeping room. Very small elevator as well. No slippers and toothbrush inside. One small bottle of shampoo and body wash for in the room. The only good thing here are the guards who are always smiling and friendly.

Stary hotel dla niewymagajacych

Pobyt w Dubaju jest zawsze udany, jednak hotel pozostawia wiele do zyczenia. Przede wszystkim jest stary co widac na kazdym kroku, lazienki i komplet wypoczynkowy sa malo komfortowe i wizualnie wypadaja słabo. Plusem jest kuchnia w apartamencie oraz staly dostep do wifi. Minusem brak balkonow w apartamentach z jedna sypialnia. Basen na dachu mały ale jesli nie ma duzo ludzi to wystarczajacy na chwile relaksu. Brak baru w hotelu ale mozna zamowic jedzenie z karty przez tel. Lokalizacja przy samym Mall of Emirates wiec super. W okolicy duzo restauracji.
