Check in was very complicated, the asked for the part of the payment and then didnโt have the card machine, i had to go to atm to take cash, then they didnโt have exchange for the small bill, and i had to go to the restaurant to find small bill for them, normally this is their job.
The room wasnโt clean as it should be and it was smelled bad, the toilet was dirty. The communication with the property is very complicated.
