Clean and friendly hotel. Rooms are very spacious since they are Novotel Suites, I really liked it. Also the 24/7 Carrefour is 1 min walk from the hotel, so you can find it very convenient. Also the MOE is within walking distance(5-10 min).

에미레이트몰 가깝지만 인도가 잘안되어있어요 에미레이트역과 그 담역 중간이라 양쪽 모두 걸어서 1km정도. 이비스와 같이 운영되어 식당도 공용. 고급감보다 실용적. 바로아래쪽에 까르푸편의점 있어 편해요. 주변음식점도 있어 간단한 요기 가능. 팁 안주면 타올을 한두개 안주는.전형적인 협박(?)도 있고요. 욕실은 샤워부스 욕조부스 두개이고. 화장실은 입구옆에 따로있어요. 쇼파도 엑스트라 베드 역할. 방넓이는 이정도면 적당. 가성비 균형급입니다

큰 기대없이 갔는데 만족스러웠다 아이둘과 함께 잘 만큼 크고 편안한 침대 넓은 객실 욕조 등등 3일 연속 먹기엔 조식이 약간 아쉬운 정도? 에미레이츠몰 가깝지만 뜨거워서 걷자니 힘들었고 택시타니 기사가 싫어했다ㅜ 그 외 객실 상태는 좋은 편~

짐이 많거나 아침비행기를 타는 여행객에는 살짝 고민을.. 좀...
가격대비 호텔 크기와 상태도 괜찮았고 조식도 좋았습니다. 위치는 몰과 가까워서 일정 끝나고 몰 지하에 있는 카르푸에서 쇼핑도 가능했지만, 처음 케리어를 끌고 호텔로 갈때와 나올떄는 상당히 불편합니다. 샤라프DG역에서 호텔까지 가는 길이 공사중이고, 모래(?)길이라서 케리어 끌기가 상당히 불편했고 에미레이츠몰은 엘리베이터가 없고 몰을 통해서 호텔로 가야하는데 아침에는 몰이 문을 닫아서 아침에 에미레이츠몰을 이용하려면 케리어를 들고 계단을 오르내려야합니다. 그리고 지하철역간의 거리가 생각보다 멀어서 호텔이 다른 관광지들과 거리가 있습니다. 관광지로 이동을 하려면 좀 멀어서 시간이 걸리는 번거로움이 있습니다. 호텔 자체로는 괜찮지만 위치는 좀 아쉽습니다.

항상 두바이에 출장을 갈때 머무르는 곳입니다. 위치도 에미레이트몰에서 가깝고 호텔도 조용하고 해서 출장중에 머무르기에 좋습니다. 그리고 가격또한 저렴해서 부담이 되지 않습니다.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo che merita 5 stelle. Cibo di buona qualità sia a colazione sia a cena però nell’arco di una settimana il buffet non è mai variato. Buona la posizione in una zona poca rumorosa adiacente il mall e nei pressi della fermata della metropolitana. Taxi sempre presenti all’esterno dell’hotel. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Pulizia, soprattutto nelle aree comuni, molto buona. La stanza familiare per 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi era confortevole e dotata di 2 bagni.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed. Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Sijainti aivan mall of emirates vieressä. Meillä oli huone ensimmäisessä kerroksessa missä ikkunat sisäpihalle päin, joten verhoja piti pitää kiinni lähes koko ajan. Huone vanha ja kulunut missä ilma oli todella kostea ja outo haju oli huoneessa. Huone oli ison kokoinen missä oli erillinen wc ja kylpyhuone missä oli erillinen amme ja suihku. Sijainti todella hyvä jos haluaa pyöriä ympäri dubaita. Takseja sai todella nopeasti kadulta ja metrokin oli suhteellisen lähellä. Katolla pienehkö uima-allas ja muutama aurinkotuoli, mutta aina oli tilaa kun käytiin. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Ravintolan palveluita ei käytetty, lähistöltä löytyy useita vaihtoehtoja. Hotellin lähistöllä ei hirveästi nähtävää käveltäen, joten vaatii taksin tai metron käyttöä.

Good location and friendly staff
Friendly staff, good location next to mall and metro. Spacious room with two bathrooms. Good pool and gym. Allowed us to check-in early which was really great. Room was a little dated.

I had the opportunity to stay in this Novotel and they performed above and beyond. From the check in staff (Ms. Paris) to the security staff (Ms. Reena), two remarkable and memorable staff members on their team, my short stay was filled with excellent customer service. I had left behind some very valuable documents in the safe in the room and forgot to pick them while I was checking out. Within an hour of me checking out I got an email from the customer service staff that I had left it there and to come collect it. I must say this was a life saver because my whole travel would have been a disaster without these documents. I cannot express my gratitude in words but THANK YOU!

One night experience
Although both the gym and pool are small they both are good. The pool has life guards so that kids can play freely. It is a rooftop pool and therefore can be enjoyed in peace during the day and early evening.The gym is well equipped for what it is. Due to environmental protection the room temperatures are set to a min of 24C. This is not very comfortable for those coming from a cold country. Although booking says 1400 check in. I was provided a room on arrival 1200. However the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed, a large plastic wrapper was left on the floor. There was long hair left in the sink. Once I informed reception they were extremely apologetic wanted to offer me a new room and free travel to the airport. Breakfast is above average but not excellent. Quite a broad spectrum of food from pancakes to freshly made omelette so it will suffice.

This hotel is located in a really nice area. Across the street from Emirates mall/metro and 20 or so minutes drive from the major tourist areas with taxis driving by the hotel all the time. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and great if you don’t want to spend a crazy amount on a hotel.

We had a great time as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. The staff was kind through and through. The breakfast was delicious and had a decent amount of choices. We most likely will stay here again in the future.

Comfy, convenient business stay
Nice business stay, close to the mall of Emirates and good food options around and connectivity to shiekh Zayed road and other main parts of the city. Breakfast options and food quality could be better. Room size are decent and comfy.
