I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pyramisa in Dubai. The hotel's grandeur is evident from the moment you step into the elegant lobby, adorned with tasteful decor that combines modern luxury. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was commendable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff at Hotel Pyramisa truly distinguishes this establishment. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent stay in the vibrant city of Dubai. Stone

I was given a bed as hard as stone and the extra charge was unreasonable. Reception staff behind the desk were rude and did not have communication skills. No fitness or swimming facilities as they may advertise. The porters and the cleaning personale were kind and offered my family good service specially mr Shahzad.
