Although it’s not a 5 star hotel everyone was 5 star service , they will order you cars cheaper then uber , help with anything you need, their breakfast was great and staff service tops

Happy guest here. Everyone was helpful and accomodating. They even surprised my husband with decorations and cake plus upgraded room just because it's his birthday. I really can't believe it. Room was massively huge, great view and perfect location. Walking distant to the beacb. I will definitely book this hotel again.

The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful - no matter if it was about transport, informations ect.. We came arrived in the morning after a long flight, and they arranged a late breakfast for us, despite the official opening hour were already over. Really great service !

Great location and beautiful window view

The hotel is in a great location. The room was quite big and beautiful top view from the window. Although facilities should be upgraded compared to the price. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Buffet wasn't a value for money.

Overall the property was great. The size of the apartment was very large and spacious. Cleanliness was 10/10. Customer service 10/10. The only thing I’d say is that the bedside cupboards felt like they were going to break at any moment and that one tv remote was not working at all, but these are very small issues. Overall a great place to stay, I would definately recommend.

Ordered for airport pickup. No one came. Bathtub is broken and shower door handle in the middle of shower room. It made me uncomfortable to shower. It must be rookie builder who designed it. Other than that, all good. Breakfast and breakfast team are excellent.

The place hotel was at is 10/10. Close to everything. Things I didnt like: Water was really hot and really hard to adjust, even after talking with them, they could not fix it. Sofa and the windows was really dirty they could at least wash it? the color of carpet, bed and other things is outdated. Otherwise good place to stay.

It was a lovely stay at Ramada at the end of January for 10 days. Stayed with my family in the duplex 2 bedroom unit (2202). Ramada is a relatively modest budget value chain and it more than met our expectations. Building and Room: Slightly dated, but well kept and clean. Our unit was also a bit dated with a bit of misty smell in the beginning, but i attributed to it not being used in a long time presuambly. Pretty decent minimalist amenities. Breakfast service which is an addon was good, with good quality and variety. Its on JBR, just a minute or so walk to the JBR public beach and all the shops and restaurants at the Walk, so that was convenient. Also has parking on the main floor, which was usedul for us given we decided to rent a car. Service: What made our stay really special was the outstanding service, starting from concierge to reception to room service and breakfast service. Everyone in the staff was super friendly and courteous and did a fantastic job tending the needs of the guests. In particular, we were really impressed by the dedication and attention to detail by two gentlemen, Newton and Bishwas, who were responsible for cleaning our room and providing turndown service. They did an immaculate job everyday and went above and beyond. They even arranged a small cake and decorated our room for my birthday without us requesting it...that was a very personal touch and we appreciated the gesture! All in all, I would return to the hotel anytime I go back to Dubai.
