Small unit, sofa barely big enough to sit two people. Hard bed. No bath, just a shower. No view Overall a very average apartment. Miserable front desk staff. Great location. Close to Dubai Mall (7mins walk). Good communication from landlord. Wouldnt book again.

The location is perfect. but I had one of the worst experience in the stay.. first the hand over for the apartment took around 3 hours. they say that Hotels.com did not provide a phone number . The I had to wait for the person who will open the apartment which took for ever... and when I asked for a one night refund they said you booked through hotels call them....then I went to the apartment , the couch had hair and smell of smoking plus the TV didn't work, and when I asked to fix it they told me tomorrow from 12 to 6pm and I said OK but Noone came or fixed it for the whole stay... when I asked for a late checkout they said no maximum is 12 even when they made me wait in the first day 3 hours... it was a full bad experience ...the parking for my car was so far in tand mostly everything was bad...

We communicate very poorly with them, and on top of that, my wife fell asleep in the hotel lobby waiting for 4-5 hours after a 10-hour flight.

Excellent location , very close to Burj Khalifa, the Dubai mall. The heart of the Business Bay.
