I paid expedia for 3 nightes but hotel did not recognizr the reservation and told that they stopped working with expedia since several monthes before my booking , expedida did not yet refund me , expedia took my money although it do not have relations with the hotel... sorry but no one can be happy with that , expedia called me but they told me that refund is not guaranteed ...!! buy why ? i paid expedia for service which they could not provide.. it is expedia problem and i want my money to be refunded... i will never ever stop writing every where in the net untill expedia refund me , only then i will publish to every body in the net that expedia did refund me and can be trusted again .. sorry my freinds expedia...!!!

As soon as we walked into the hotel the strong smell of cigarettes takes over your nose. The desk agent informed us that the hotel was smoke free which I assumed they changed the policy that day. Once we were given our room as soon as we stepped into the room I stepped on a roach. I thought okay this wasn't going to work. My husband had to use the bathroom when he lifted the toilet seat the lid twisted off the base. The toilet filled up very loud. I watched roaches crawl from under the bed, on the dresser, on the sink, on wall and from behind the headboard of bed. I sat in a chair until morning, we had no other place to stay since our flight was cancelled we ended up here because it was close to the airport and Expedia rating wasn't too bad. Our flight was cancelled for 2 days this hotel was so horrible we decided to sleep at the airport for a day than stay another night here.

place was good, rooms were good and spacious and very nicely furnished. room service was good. But what i dint like about the managenent was, the room service lady had entered our room in our absence using her access card. our door was open, and she was cleaning the bed as we entered. we had our valuables in the room. it is not right for the staff to get into the room without our permission. overall experience was great. totally worth it for the price.

On arrival went to the bedroom it smells of cigarettes so we called reception as we booked none smoking room, a staff member came and spray the room with air freshener. They are clubs in the hotel that made sleeping difficult for us, towels were old and hard to use on your skin. Breakfast was horrible I had toast and tea and portion of fruit the whole time I was there. The staff attending the dining room don’t clean tables and change table clothes after use. The reception and butlers were very help and the handy man good. Will not recommend this place with young family

Hôtel pour les jeunes !

C’est vraiment pas un hôtel familial ! 3 boites de nuits dans l’hotel ! Piscine qui est deguelasse qui ferme à 17h et qui se transbordée en boite de nuit le soir ! Massage proposé dans l’hotel Pas très catholique ! Breff entre potes Ouii mais pas en famille ! Et les environs...on se croirait au Pakistan là-bas! On est entouré de favélas c’esr Vraiment pauvre !

Nettes Hotel mit allem was man braucht ringsum.

Die Metro ist nahe und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, außerdem viele andere Geschäfte zum shoppen und ein kleineres Einkaufzentrum auch.
