Very convenient hotel for the World Trade Centre, which is a quick walk away. The staff are very helpful and courteous and friendly. My room was very pleasant and had a great view. Das Hotel voco Dubai war einfach perfekt. Bereits beim Betreten beeindruckt das Haus mit seiner stilvollen, gepflegten Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, modern und absolut ruhig – ideal für Erholung oder geschäftliche Aufenthalte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen freundliche Empfang: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight war die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Skyline von Dubai – sowohl aus dem Zimmer als auch von den oberen Etagen des Hotels. Dieser Ausblick verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Note. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt durchweg positiv – von der Sauberkeit bis hin zum Service war wirklich alles top. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Badezimmer fehlte ein klassisches Beauty-Set (z. B. Wattepads, Nagelfeile etc.), was man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie durchaus erwarten könnte. Auch die Rooftop-Bar passt stilistisch nicht ganz zum sonst eleganten Design des Hauses – hier wäre etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wünschenswert. Nichtsdestotrotz: Ein tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Museum of the Future. Einfach traumhaft schön. Ebenso war das Service immer sehr bemüht. Vom Hotel aus konnte man gleich zu 2 Metrostationen gehen und dann Dubai erkunden.

L hôtel est bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro world trade center. Notre chambre au 34eme étages était confortable avec une vue fabuleuse sur Dubai et ses immeubles avec pour toile de fond la mer. Le petit déjeuner servi sous forme de buffet est très copieux. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. La piscine chauffée est petite mais très agréable après une bonne journée de visite.

Not a 5 stars hotel. It is a good 4 stars. The insulation in th rooms is terrible. We were.awake several times at night due to our neighbor room occupants discussions. We requeated to have the coffee maker exchanged for a nespresso and regardless of the efforts that kindly Muhammed (at the reception) did, apparently the management's policies are more important that the guests comfort. The covers at the beds were too thin and the room pretty small. The bathroom door sounded loudly when opening or closing, adding to the noises at night. Lastly, we received a call before checking out remind us to leave. Not nice

loud thumping bass on level 46

Not good. Arrived and my room wasn't ready - so upgraded to a suite on level 46. They neglected to tell me this is 3 floors below a nightclub and the sound insulation is non-existent, so you can expect loud thumping bass until 3am. They don't even provide any earplugs, despite knowing this is an issue. The rooms (especially the shower room) gets very cold and there appears to be no heating. Not sure if other hotels are similar, but definitely don't recommend staying here if you want a good night's sleep!

Had a 6 days business stay at voco Dubai. Room cleaning could be better. Cafe/lounge/restaurant at 49 floor waiters was poorly skilled, same was chef. Managed to destroy classic and easy food best experience was concierge team especially a mr. Anwar

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im VOCO Hotel. Vom Empfang durch eine sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern des Parkservices, den Mitarbeitern am Pool und des Frühstücks und Abend Buffets. Super Lage, direkt neben dem Museum der Zukunft, fussläufige Bahnanbindung, 24 H Supermarkt in der Nähe. Super Aussicht aus dem Zimmer der höheren Etagen. Pool warm genügend Liegeplätze. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
