For a 5 star hotel i was expecting 5 star dining, 5 star transportation, 5 star service. Amenities were limited on the resort and transportation ro mainland was equally limited. The buffet breakfast was horrible, curry, and south east asia. Last boat left mainland at 1.15am., Dubai dont slwep,, and it was on the last day we were advised Bout a speed boat for rent. It would nice for them to advise gueat on restaurant near the al wasal.station, because its alot happening. Providing gieates with this information, maps would be very considerate and appreciated

Very fun and clean hotel. It is still under construction but it is a very nice place to stay. Has tons of amenities. The o oh thing is it’ll be good to have ferries more often so you don’t have to lose time or be rushing from the city to get to the hotel. But overall was pretty nice!

Energizing weekend

The weekend was great! Very nice atmosphere and entertainment! All the staff was very friendly and professional! The trip to coral nursery was a nice experience and Seahorse villa are absolutely spectacular!

Staff and the resort area were lovely. The pool, beach and room were great. The only issue was how limited the food was and how wildly expensive the food and drinks were. $20 USD for a Stella. Still had a great time, would go again just for the views.

A wonderful place! I really liked the food (the pastry chef is a GENIUS, the Saturday dinner buffet is AWESOME), the entertainment (DJ and the lady with the saxophone), the decoration & the amenities (comfortable bed, IOT control of your room from your phone), staff eager to help, fast internet, free transport option back to Dubai. Please note that they are in a soft opening phase, so expect a few issues that you will need to report to management and resolve quickly! In short: A nice place if you want to have fun with good food, fancy cocktails, champagne, wine and music!

This hotel is part of what will be a much larger complex. We were taken on a free boat trip to see the work in progress. We saw the coral institute and Smart Police Station. All fascinating. Food and service were excellent and reasonably priced for a 5* hotel. I got a great haircut from Zayed at the salon. Pool bar did great cocktails. I recommend a beach/ sea view or street view room if you peace and quiet- the pool side has music all day and lights at night. The beach is a great place to watch the sunset.

Our stay at voco Monaco Resort in Dubai was very nice! The reception team was incredibly helpful, especially with directions and ensuring a smooth transfer to the Marina for our boat to the hotel island. Check-in at the resort was efficient and quick, allowing us to head straight to the lovely beach while we waited for our room. We got text notification when our room was ready. The sea was so calm and clear – perfect for a relaxing swim! The hotel itself is very nice and modern, with comfortable and practical room designs, and the cleanliness was superb. We also thought it was so cool to experience "rainy weather" in one of the hotel sections – a unique and memorable touch! We experienced the kindness and helpfulness of everyone we encountered. A special thank you to Silvia and Matti at the reception desks for being exceptionally nice. Our dining experience at the seafood restaurant was great – every dish was delicious, and our server, Sahil, was professional and courteous. The live band added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet also offered a great and delicious selection. Even our departure was seamless thanks to the helpful boat concierge. We had a truly great time at voco Monaco.

This hotel is a great exclusive location and is designed very well! It has all the potential to be a top vibe. Good amount of resort activities to do, amazing views and the food was good. I enjoyed my stay. However, this hotel atmosphere is advertised to be as a party atmosphere 24/7 and it was not that. I do not know if I arrived on an off weekend but the vibes were low and crowd was scarce. And even with minimal guests the drinks were slow to arrive (basically we grew tired of waiting and left the poolside bar). I was disappointed because the location is amazing! I visited with my husband so it became a quiet and romantic weekend. We would visit again with a group of friends to liven up the vibe or only if we knew there would be a live crowd.

Love the idea of the location! It is located on one of the man made islands that are set in a shape of the world map. This particular hotel though is located on the islands called “The Hearst of Europe”. Super awesome concept but i feel like execution completely failed. Stay with me, I’ll explain in details. Pros: - location - away from the city noise - food - everything we’ve tried was delicious and fresh! You have to try seafood platter for 2 at La Reve restaurant - staff - very attentive, smiling, checking on you all the time Cons: - prices - you are on the island and can’t get off for cheaper option so prepare to pay for expensive drinks and food - construction - when we were there only one wing of the hotel was open, other three are still under construction but you don’t hear the noise though because if you are facing the pool, you will hear the music, so prepare to party and not sleep there - quality - while they just opened 6 months ago, paint is already peeling off the buildings! Not just the one that’s open but even the ones that aren’t yet! And the light in the hallway is also already not fully working (it’s a sensor one but several LED strips was blinking while others were fine - the beach - sand is super rough so as the bottom of the gulf when you get in the water. Not sure if that’s the typical sand in Dubai area but they should do something about it. It’s very hard to walk in due to seashells. Very rough sand.

Excellent customer service. We were checked in by Marin (if I remember correctly) and realising it was our anniversary sent us a treat in our room. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Beach and area was well kept. Dinner buffet was great too. Memorable experience and would definitely visit again.

Slow check in, wanted me to pay twice for the room I already paid month in advance. Way too few sunbeds on the beach. Food was great, location was great, room and transfer were also great.
