All members of staff at the W were friendly and welcoming. We booked a terrace room which had stunning views over the beach to the Dubai Skyline. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, great shower, and housekeeping ensured that we were stocked up on complimentary water/coffees throughout our stay. The vibe was relaxed and the room decor was contemporary glam. We only stayed one night but would love to return soon for a longer stay.

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The biggest highlight is the staff — they are truly exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly, warm, and professional. The service level is outstanding. Mr. Serhan and Ms. Emi at the reception were amazing; they upgraded us to a beautiful room and took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Mr. Mavi provided fantastic restaurant recommendations every day, and Ms. Fatima in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and sweet. The only downside is that there are limited evening activities. However, for guests looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, this hotel is an excellent choice.”

The W Palm was an amazing hotel situated on the West Coast of the Palm Jumeriah. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the W. We stayed for 6 nights and found the rooms to be very spacious. I would recommend booking rooms over looking the city and pool area views. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming.
