The surroundings were very noisy with shouting neighbours, but the room was clean and tidy and very affordable.

The rooms in this were very spacious, clean and well appointed. There was plenty of parking space, as well as a very clean swimming pool. the motel is within walking distance of the CG BD.

Lovely staff and clean rooms. Kitchenette made breakfast easy. Bathroom was large and clean. Very accommodating in every way.

If you like smoking this hotel is for you. Unfortunately I don't smoke. With two seats and an ashtray outside every hotel door, it is promoting smoking. 4.30am guy next-door comes out side gets on his phone and smokes. This guy couldn't talk any louder and the smoke came under the door into my room. I won't be staying here again which is unfortunate as the staff are great and the rooms are clean.

Comfy, clean, central
Another overnight stay. Comfortable and very clean. We were too tired to go anywhere so being able to have a nice meal and drink at the restaurant was a definite bonus. Lovely and central.

Property was clean, everything in room as advertised. Swimming pool however was closed for repairs as well as restaurant. We were not informed prior to arrival. Reception staff was rude and did not appologise for the inconvenience. Bathroom window was broken and could not close wich added to noise in room from busy road. Did not feel welcome at all.

Upon arrival we were not felt welcome. We were told no meals available onweekend , including NO breakfast. The advertising of the accommodation was NOT as was advertised also no pool facilities...Room was clean but no hand towels or water supplied. Would not recommend

This property had fairly recently been refurbished, and was in an overall very good condition. It was clean and tidy, and our room was well furnished, and well supplied. The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with our vehicle, and their assistance made what was a little bit of a stressful situation far more bearable. I would highly recommend this motel.

A really lovely place to stay, friendly manager, close to everything, quiet, clean and very comfortable, this will be my choice of motel on future trips to Dubbo.

Nice and comfortable.
Pretty basic room for the price, but the staff are super friendly and the room service was good if not a little pricey. Disappointed there wasn't better lighting, maybe a bedside lamp or two would have been helpful. Nice to have a couch to sit and watch TV and the bed was comfortable. Average shower and no bath mat. Good amenities for a quick brekkie before I left. Happy overall.

The grounds on outside were nice. The bathroom was a bit rough, needs updating, but was clean. Television wasn’t up on the wall, difficult to set whilst laying in bed, was set down low on some bench space. Apart from that the main sleeping/sitting area was clean and presented well.
