시내와 다소 떨어져 있지만 중심가와 도보 15-20분 거리이고 무료 주차를 이용할 수 있는 장점있음. 체크인시 남자 직원이 형식적인 어투에 설명문장마다 OK라고 상투적인 어조로 재확인하여 다소 기분이 얺짢았음. 더블린 내 호텔 중 규모가 크고 호텔 객실은 무난하였음.

Great hotel
Perfect! Cosy and comfortable. All the staff there are well trained and very kind. Easy access of city tour bus. I have left my bag im the parking lot by mistake, but now it is being posted to my home. Their comment to me was 'Don't worry. Enjoy your trip'. I will choose again this hotel definitely whenever I visit Dublin. Thanks!

The property is modern and quite nice but it is remote and nothing close by. It’s sort of mid way between Dublin and the airport. If you have a flight the next day it’s convienient but still took us 40 mins to drive to the airport in the traffic.

Housekeeping was fantastic! The hotel front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area when I needed to find things. I didn't care for the dining room, not enough food options, and not enough staff to handle the volume.

Terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I booked this hotel and arrived around 7pm. when I arrived, i was told my room was not ready and left to wait for 20 mins. The manager then told me they had over booked and there was no room for me. This was at 7pm, they had ample time to contact me so i could alter my plans. They obviously hoped i would not turn up. I was then sent to a differnt, much cheaper hotel despite not being refunded what i had paid for this hotel. On top of this, the manager ran away to a back room and refused to deal with my issue. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel and good to be back at Croke park
Had stayed here before but it was the wife’s first time and have to say we were very pleased with our stay. It was a short stay but we will be back, staff where lovely and was nice to be called by my name and not sir, also the wife thought it was a good hotel.

Awesome
Great hotel Thomas the receptionist was very nice and welcoming gave us some great restaurant suggestions even the restaurant and bar at the hotel were very good abd great service. Its a 15 min walk to downtown. Highly recommend to stay here very comfortable King size bed very big bathroom and super CLEAN!

Staff really made our stay exceptional. Great breakfast, with lovely fresh squeezed orange juice, secure parking under the hotel. Beds were comfy although they could have been bigger I think they were queen size, other than that minor niggle, a great experience.

Always happy to stay at the Croke Park Hotel. A wee bit taken aback at having to pay €15 for car parking. Don't think this was made clear at time of booking

The hotel itself is nice and the check-in is hassle free. The room we were in is great and comfortable. The surrounding area is a bit dirty (not the fault of the hotel of course) but it is safe to walk even late at night.

Very nice hotel, what we saw of it. Checked in late and checked out early but apart from the room being quite warm, it was lovely and the bed comfy.
