This hotel was so lovely! We stayed in a family room with 4 people for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. We arrived a little bit late on our first night and had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and very well priced. The room was very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s about a 7-8 minute walk to the bus station and a 30 minute bus ride to the city center of Dublin but the drive in is beautiful. We didn’t have a chance to check out the area around the hotel, but from what we saw the area was really cute with nice pubs and shops. This worked out really well for us from the pricing of this property vs. the prices in the city center. Additionally, it is only about a 20 minute taxi from the airport. I would totally recommend staying here.

Firstly my room only had 4 channels. I was told due to weather. Yet in the bar the tv was working perfectly. My room had heat on and I could not open the window to get fresh air THEY WERE LOCKED… which is I believe illegal.

Die Bar abends war sehr gemütlich, gutes Essen und die Preise waren okay. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es dauerte lange bis warmes Wasser aus der Dusche kam. Das Frühstück (groß) war sehr begrenzt in der Auswahl und Menge. Kein Gemüse, wenig Obst. Der Zimmerservice hat aufgeräumt aber nicht alles geputzt. Viele kleine Schäden in den Räumen.

Stayed for one night- was nice. Didnt get to check out much of the amenities but i did notice a fending machine. Parking was easy. Old, interesting building.

Stayed whilst away for work. Lovely old classical Hotel which was clean and comfortable. Refurbished room which was nice and warm. Lovely dinner in the bar, and an amazing buffet breakfast with Iovely staff.

Hotel a bit dated and very small basic room but was reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok and food in restaurant was ok.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Pub served great food and large portions. The bistro offered a nice breakfast assortment.

Hotel viejo pero bien cuidado y práctico
Nos hemos alojado en el hotel porque nuestro hijo trabaja en Lucan. El hotel, para tener casi 100 años, está bien cuidado, las moquetas parecen limpias, trato del personal es muy agradable y la limpieza es buena. La habitación tiene amenities, gel de baño, secador...La cama, sinceramente, pequeña e incómoda. Siendo lo más importante en un hotel, deberían mejorarlo. Mi pareja mide 1'86 y se le salían los pies, y se mueve mucho si la otra persona se mueve o gira. Las habitaciones, silenciosas, a pesar de que el hotel está al lado de la autopista. El desayuno, desayuno británico estándar, pero estaba bueno. Lo mejor del hotel, parada de bus al lado para venir, y cerca para ir. Llega bastante rápido al centro de Dublín, nos pareció cómodo. Y además hay un bus directo al aeropuerto (Airport Hopper) cada hora, durante el día. Por la.nocge se llega haciendo trasbordo en el centro, no hace falta coger taxi.

the hotel staff was excellent, Met Laura the bar manager and she was very nice and helpful. The Food menu was very good and diversified. Wish they would of had more Irish fare to offer. We had a Suite on the 2nd floor, was very clean and comfortable. The TV channels lacked a bit, however I would guess if you are going to Ireland, Most people arent watching TV. We needed some down time and almost all the channels were teleshopping channels. Not alot of Hot water in the shower. We spent a bit of time in the town, which was awesome.

Stayed on two different nights, travelling across Ireland. near Lucan Village with plenty of eating out venues (I walked to it). Convenient for exploring Dublin or as a base for travelling West or North. handy for the tunnel. The only negative comment is that the rooms are a little small, not a problem if you're planning to be out and about. The rooms are bigger than ones I've stayed in, in London.

Not great. Not worth the €€€
It’s okay. Old and run down. It needs a serious clean and a spruce up. The staff don’t want to be there. Rooms are small, showers are like a coffin and there is little in the way of anything more in the room but a bed, toilet and shower. At over €160 a night it was not worth it
