I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mont Hotel in Dublin, and I must say, it was an overall enjoyable experience.
**Location: 5/5**
The hotel is ideally situated, offering easy access to Dublin’s major attractions. It’s a short walk to Trinity College, St. Stephen’s Green, and the bustling Grafton Street. Food enthusiasts will be delighted to know that it is also a short walk to the Michelin 2-star restaurant Patrick Guilbaud. The proximity to public transport made exploring the city a breeze.
**Service: 3.5/5**
The service at Mont Hotel was adequate, though not particularly outstanding. The staff were polite and handled our requests competently, but there was nothing exceptional about the service that stood out during our stay.
**Rooms: 4/5**
Our rooms were modern and impeccably clean, albeit small and compact. Despite its size, the room was well-designed to maximize the available space. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The bathroom, though on the smaller side, was clean and well-maintained. The room faced the main road, and while the street noise was noticeable at times, it died down at night, allowing for a restful sleep.
**Amenities: 4.5/5**
The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed the lounge area, which was perfect for unwinding with a drink after a long day.
