“Checking in was confusing. Lots of people in the office but hard to know who to talk to and what was going on. Once we were in, the experience was nice. Good location. Etc”

“It was a perfect location. Safe and walkable. It would have been nice to have a fan for the bedrooms. The one fan that was there didn't seem to work very well. It would be nice if the check in location wasn't so far from the rental or if you could use a lockbox or code to get in after on-line pre check in. The walking instructions to the apt. weren't the clearest and we walked a long ways out of our way with luggage. But, once we arrived with the kindness of a local person who walked us to our...

“Sehr einfach gestaltes Zimmer, das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt beim Aufenthalt”

“The photos of the property are there, it is updated. What I didn’t really understand prior to arriving was the long set of stairs to drag my suitcase up. It’s like 4 stories and no elevator. The other issue is that the noise from neighboring rentals would wake me often, sometimes at 2:30 am—and the street noise can sometimes last pretty late. It was hard to get a good nights rest. The digital key was often problematic. Check in at 3:00pm was late.. we didn’t have access until 4 pm, which was a...

“Stayed from Aug 15 to 22, but I left partway through. The property guide talks a lot about security, but upon arrival at the building, the two people who handle check-ins were absent, but a complete list of names of people checking in that day on a table in a public area. Also, they did not check the ID of people checking in, even though emails stressed how seriously they take security. The communication sounds professional, but don't be fooled. This place is run by clowns. The room was covered...

“We walked to downtown Dublin every day so the location was great for us.”

“It was a very hot room and very loud. The bedding was terrible, it was similar to sleeping on a flat board and sandpaper. The staff was quite nice. Location was great.”

“Great for a large group! We had 8 people and were very comfortable- even had leftover beds. Location was great- only taxi we used was from the airport as we walked everywhere else. App was a tad confusing to use and showed different layout to Expedia, but communication with the host was easy and cleared it up! Lots of stairs but also meant the place was quiet considering the location (and had a nice view from the wrap around balcony!) Would recommend to any group visiting Temple Bar!”
