Perfect location right by the entrance of the pile gate. The apartment itself has everything you need, but if you desire anything extra, Mirta is very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Das beste an der Unterkunft ist die zentrale Lage, KEINE Treppen (was für Dubrovnik sehr untypisch ist) und trotzdem die Ruhe. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war top!

This charming apartment - with its separate bedroom, generous bathroom and living space overlooking the old town's picturesque outdoor cinema - is easy to feel right at home in, also because the family who live in the building go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The kitchen is basic - but then most people don't visit Dubrovnik to cook!

Great accomodation

Everything is close in Dubrovnik Old Town, but this place is very accessible, up a quiet alley near Pili gate. Family run, friendly and helpful reception. Room with rooftop view, simple but clean, modern and practical, with a well-equipped kitchen niche. Table slightly cramped. Good Mexican/pizza resto round the corner. Had a very pleasant stay

The apartment is at an excellent location. We were able to go back frequently for rest breaks from all the old town walking/kayaking activities. It’s away from the nightlife while being just 2 mins on foot from the Pile Gate.

We left the apartment after one night mainly because of the owner’s attitude. He was rude and impolite. The WiFi didn’t work, the apartment was on the 3rd floor, at night is was noisy because of an open cinema near the building.

Great place but noisy

The apt is steps away from Pile Gate. No stairs to the front door which is a miracle on old town! It's a little hard to find, but they give good directions. We had a little bump checking in but it was quickly fixed. The room was very clean and just like the pictures. It was three small flights of stairs to get up to the room. There was only one floor above us. The cons were that the air conditioner was lacking. The room stayed pretty warm. While I would have chalked it up to typical European air, we stayed the rest of the time in Split with a new air conditioner that cranked cold air. The worst part about the stay is that the room overlooks an outdoor movie theater that plays action films every single night until 11pm. That should be advertised somewhere and we would not have booked had we known. If you're a night owl, then it would be fine. Otherwise the place was great.

Great alternative in the centre of Old Town

We had an amazing stay during our four-day visit in Dubrovnik. The location is outstanding, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hosts were extremely friendly and service-minded. Just perfect.

괜찮아요

일단 위치는 좋습니다. 구시가지 안 쪽이며 필레게이트 근처 입니다.숙소 바깥쪽에는 다행히도 계단이 없습니다. 다만 숙소에서는 방에 따라 계단을 올라야 합니다.제가 묶은 방 창밖에 바로 야외 영화관이 있었고 저녁때 영화를 상영했습니다. 일찍 끝난 날 도 있지만 늦게 끝나면 11시가 넘어서도 끝납니다. 이게 약간 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 이외에 호스트분이 친절하시지만 만날일은 거의 없었던거같습니다 ^^
