구시가지 안에 묵을 수 있다는 것 빼고는 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 주인은 친절했으나 그것 외에는 큰 장점을 찾기 어렵습니다. 계단을 꽤 올라야 하기 때문에 캐리어를 끈다면 꽤 힘들거 같고요, 안에(화장실에도) 환기 시스템이 없기 때문에 샤워 후 굉장히 습도가 올라가며, 이틀 내내 지속되었습니다. 사람들이 지나다니는 계단 바로 옆이라 창문을 열기도 힘들고요, 운이 없으면 밤에 소음에도 괴로울 수 있습니다.

What a Gem
The location was fantastic. We were right in old town. Close to many wonderful restaurants. The apartment had a nice big bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed. The host has great recommendations, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Just an amazing find!

Dreckige Bettlaken. Besitzerin die nachts Sturm klingelt damit man die Fensterläden schließt und dazu versucht die Tür aufzusperren. Klimaanlage verliert beim benutzen Wasser. Geschirr im Apartment war dreckig.

All the sheets are chemically treated as well as entire apartment. Regarding our polite request to close the windows let us remind you that weather during your stay was filled with thunderstorms as well as heavy rain. We kindly asked you two times in written form to close the windows and you saw the messages but did not reply nor react. Since we did not get any response from you and was worried about the flood we politely knocked on the door asking you kindly to close the windows which you recklessly did. As for the AC, the entire time during your stay it was running on 16 C with open windows. We had technicians just 3 days before your arrival cleaning it and confirming that everything is in order for which we have written certificate. This unit was about 80 steps uphill not the 4 pictured in the booking photo making it difficult to drag luggage or supplies up the stairs. in addition i found the unit cold damp and moldy smelling especially at night. I had to ask the booking company repeatedly for a blanket as none was provided. It arrived at 9:30 at night with the unpleasant owners representative who yelled at me for even requesting this. the bedding was damp and unpleasant to sleep on. The unit was so damp that when i washed my clothes the first night in the unit washer and put them on the drying rack provided the clothes never dried in 3 days. In my opinion this unit is not worth renting and the customer service beyond poor.

Très bien.
3 nuits dans ce studio tout équipé dans les remparts, à 2 pas de la rue principale du old Dubrovnik et à 80 marches! Kitchenette, produits d'hygiène, draps, serviettes, clim, wifi. Seul point négatif, l'aération. Une seule fenêtre donc aérer après avoir cuisiné était compliqué.Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour au cœur de Dubrovnik. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Nous conseillerons ce studio autour de nous et reviendrons les yeux fermés !

The apartment was quite spacious and well located for exploring the old town. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The WiFi was good, a/c worked well and kitchen had the essentials. Host was friendly and met us right on time. It is up fairly steep steps which may be an issue if you have heavy luggage. Only negative for me was the bed wasn't that comfortable.

Too many steps to clime up. Very unflexible host. Apartment looks dirty especially the bathroom. I stayed in five different apartment in different Croatian cities. This is definately the worst one.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable
We had a great stay here. Super nice location and friendly host. The apartment is clean and with high standard, with air condition, wi-fi, cooking and refrigerating facilities and even clothing washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights. After 3 days we got new clean towels, which was nice. This neat studio is everything you need for a stay in Dubrovnik. We loved the street filled with plants outside. The apartment is situated near everything you need (restaurants, bars, shops), but in a quiet street away from most of the tourists. Would recommend for couples. The only thing missing was that there was not possible to contact the host directly, as everything went through the agency.

Lovely apartment, terrible service
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for three nights as part of a trip around Croatia. Firstly, the apartment itself was lovely. The apartment is located a stone’s throw away from the Main Street in the old town, but is up A LOT of stairs - not a problem for us, but not appropriate with anyone with mobility issues or small children. Unfortunately, that is where our positive review ends. We were met at the apartment by a woman who was, quite frankly, rude. She was short and snappy and didn’t really answer any of our questions. (It seemed like an inconvenience that we wanted to know about the local area.) She explained to us in more than one room at a time and it was not to be put on less than 20°c. She also told us we must turn it off when not in the apartment. One of these stipulations would have been understandable, but all three together meant that apartment was uncomfortably warm the whole stay. We did put the air con down to 19°c one evening, and the following day got an angry email and a note through the door. We enquired by a late check out, sent several emails, none of which were responded to (interesting an email was sent about the air con). We were informed that the bedding would be changed after the second day - it was not (however the towels were). Overall, the apartment is well located, spacious and clean, but the poor service and unbearable air conditioning situation means that we would not return.

Convenient location!
Location was excellent within City Walls and we were greeted by an exceptional host. Lots of restaurants and entertainment in the area, and can walk to all the local attractions. If you can handle a few sets of stairs, this is highly recommended.

Spacious and lovely apartment right in the heart of Old Town. The host was there to meet us upon arrival and provide orientation. Since it is up 87 steps, people using this accomodation must be able to carry any belongings to the apartment. Has cooking facilities.

Wonderful host who was most helpful.
Property is well equipped and the host was fabulous! Lovely lady who provided good advice and took care to explain everything. The studio is in the heart of the old city. Only thing to improve was communication... and possibly more cooking pots and pans.

Clean. Helpful landlord. Convenient location for visiting Old Town. Parking is not available and must be arranged outside the Old Town. Parking options were EXTREMELY expensive. Overall, the apartment itself was fine but the Old Town was so filled with tourists that it felt like a Disney set. Disappointed.

Staying right in the Old City.
The apartment was clean, well laid out and located in the old city so was great for sightseeing. An charming, authentic apartment - just off the main area and surrounded by great places to eat and little bars. We had a friendly welcome. A lovely place to stay - worth mentioning there are a fair number of steps to get to it, so an absolute no if you have any mobility difficulties.

das Apartment ist super gelegen in der Altstadt, absolut zentral. Der Service ist top, Wir durften nach Rücksprache vorher einchecken, hatten kleine Snacks, etwas zu Trinken als Wilkommensgruß. Wir wurden nicht alleine gelassen, sondern super betreut - nur zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend, ist ja auch kein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Good value, convenient place in Old Town
Stayed in the Studio with City View. Apartment was twice the size I had expected and had cooking facilities and a fridge in the upstairs living area. It was spotlessly clean with a large, comfortable bed. Shower was good. City view (very nice, including the sea) could only be seen if standing up in front of the window in the living area - not a criticism, just a fact. If you are small enough like me you can sit in the window sill and enjoy the view and the sun. There are ~90 steps up to the apartment from the main street. Very easy for averagely fit, fully mobile people like us. Nice and quiet up there as well, but easy walking distance to the rest of the Old Town. Standard check-in was 2pm. We advised our arrival at 11 in advance as requested (not expecting to check in earlier) and were told by the agent to leave our bags at a (chargeable) left luggage on the main street and go to the apartment at 2. We did this and the owner said she had prepared for an early check-in for us - would have been nice if this had been communicated by the agent. Maybe check if you can get in touch with the owner directly when booking.

Vi havde lejligheden med udsigt over byen - En dejlig lejlighed, som ligger perfekt i den gamle bydel. Nu skulle vi kun have en overnatning, så vi havde begrænset bagage med. Man skal være opmærksom på, at det er et byhus, som ligger i en gade med nogle trappetrin, men kan med fordel vælge at ind i gaden fra bymuren og ikke fra hovedgaden. Vi vil ikke betænke os på at benytte samme lejlighed igen, hvis vi skal til Dubrovnik.

the owner was very intrusive
Hotel owner didn't change towels daily, owner didn't supply toilet paper to our room. made to purchase our own. Hotel owner didn't allow us to use aircon as we pleased. the washing machine was used by us and the owner disconnected the machine and blocked access to the machine. The owner was in our room whilst we were still in house on 3 occasions we asked her to leave and felt very unsafe with our belonging in the room. we departed a day earlier to be cautious of our belongings. Please note this property is not worth of Expedia wholesaler/sales promoter. Please investigate as we had this occurred to us whilst on our honeymoon.

Lovely city, but charger stolen in apartment
Me and friend had a lovey 3 days in Dubrovnik from 8-10th July. The apartment was in a good location and felt safe. I was therefore very disappointed to leave our time at the apartment without my phone charger me adaptor which I believe to have been stolen by either the land lady or the cleaner. We had checked out of the apartment and then two hours later I realised I had left my charger and adaptor plugged in (I did not take this outside the apartment with me at anytime). As we were still in Dubrovnik I quickly ran back to the apartment (up a lot of stairs) where I saw the landlady talking to neighbours in the distance. She looked to initially ignore me until I called after her to stop. I then explained I had left my phone charger and she said the cleaner had been and not seen anything and neither had she. I then asked if I could check anyway as I was there and she reluctantly let me in. To my surprise it wasn't there and I believe either she or the cleaner had taken it as she was acting very sly. Extremely disappointed that this hAppened and dampened the end of a very enjoyable trip to Dubrovnik.

Spacious but not comfortable
Our apartment in Apartments Plaza was spacious and located in a great area. The apartment owner was very kind, however we wish there was more of an element of hospitality. We arrived in Dubrovnik at 8am with carry on size luggage bags. We requested to leave our bags at the apartment (not to have apartment access) after the guests before us had checked out but the owner refused to allow us to leave bags anywhere on the property until our check in time at 2pm. Dubrovnik is a town of many stairs, so we lost a whole half day because we couldn't see the sights with our luggage in tow. We ran into the apartment owner a few times and she continuously complained about the other guests staying at the apartment both before and during our stay. She also promised to empty the trash in the apartment and did not. Finally, the mattress was very uncomfortable and was covered in paper thin sheets and lumpy/smelly pillows. Overall, the price is reasonable for the amount of space that you get and to be situated in the city walls, but with the multitude of apartments available we would not opt to stay here again. It's also worth noting that check out time is 10am which is earlier than the Dubrovnik standard of 11am which left us in the same position for our departure day as it did at arrival. There are so many apartments available and I think we would've had better luck elsewhere.

Perfect suited apartment in old town of Dubrovnik
We arrived at approximatly 1500 hours, and the hostess was awaiting us outside the apartment. Our hostess introduced us to how everthing worked with the apartment and also(which was a huge plus) gave us tips about what to do, where to eat and so on. The apartment is perfectly suited inside the old town, just a few steps from the main road(pile gate) but still whery quiet if you just want to relax. The apartment gives you the flexibility to walk to almost everything and still be able to easy go back for a siesta and out again... Thank you for a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik from Daniel and Victoria :)

Friendly host, beautiful room, great location
Great place to stay at affordable price. It is right in the middle of the old town. You don't need any transportation to get anywhere. Everything is within walking distance. Host is extremely friendly and patient. Always ready to help. Room is nice and we got a free upgrade during low season which the host provided out of her own free will.

The apartment is well situated up some steps in a narrow alley just up from the main street of the old town (Stradum).The apartment was well finished to a high standard. We had 2 floors with bedroom (double bed) and bathroom on the first floor and a living room with sofa, television, table and chairs, hob and sink in an attic room above. There was lots of space, a view over the old town and all the facilities we needed. The owner welcomed us and emptied bins and changed towels part way through our stay. She was helpful and friendly and provided some large bath towels when we said we were going swimming in the sea. We loved it and would recommend it to friends. Great place to visit.

Great location, comfortable and clean.
Conveniently situated close to everything that is worth visiting. Lydia was very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time in Dubrovnik not only because we enjoyed the place, but because we had a very nice place to stay in.

Landlady not there when I arrived. No housekeeping each day like every other place I've ever stayed - she says it is in the fine print that they don't provide any services, but it's not on Hotels.com that I can see.
