Could not reccomend this property more for couples or solo travelers looking for a place to stay in dubrovnik. So clean, with great ammenities provided. Perfect location down a quiet street while still being a 5-10 minute walk max from all key locations in the old town! The staff were helpful and easily contactable via whatsapp/tect during working hours and offered clear guidance and information in advance. Really is a gem in this city!

Perfect location and spotlessly clean.

Fantastic location inside the old city. Super quiet despite being so close to busy restaurants and outdoor cinema. Very comfortable. Only downsides : microwave placement a little high for easy use by a short person, such as me and couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine!

It was an amazing location right in the middle of old town. Everything was nicely furnished and had all mod cons. What I didn't like is check out at 10am, zero coffee maker or coffee supplies, no cooking oil, no place to dry anything. The place is tiny. Felt very sausage factory production line like, never saw a human, in and out.

Loved this place! The communication was fantastic, it was bright and clean. It’s in the level of old town (no extra stairs except in the actual building, we were on top floor and it was tough with suitcases but doable!) and a 5 minute walk to pile gate where you catch Ubers and meet for tours. Everything is so close! Our view was amazing! Just lived it. The only con is you only get one key. I asked for 2, no go. You need a key for electricity so having one, we weren’t able yo charge our external chargers while we were gone. A few times we left the door cracked open.

This property was in the heart of the old town which made it so accessible for everything. The room was freshly cleaned for us and we had excellent communication throughout. They even let us extend our check out by an hour to accommodate our flight times. Would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

This was our first time visiting Dubrovnik and this apartment was easy to check it. Great location. The room was clean but the size is a bit small. Overall, we like this place. Will stay at this apartment again.

Muy cómodo y moderno

Un lugar muy cómodo , limpio y moderno . Además es de muy fácil acceso ubicado en el centro de Dubrovnik. Una ventaja es que no hay que subir escaleras para llegar, porque en otras ubicaciones que vimos , hay que subir muchas escaleras con maletas.

Perfect location close to everything, but very quiet, no steps to the apartment which is small but perfectly formed. Hob, microwave, coffee maker and safe. Very good aircon.

Nice apartment

Small, tidy, well thought out space. Super convenient and nothing but good things to say. Be aware though that you have to use a tight spiral staircase and it’s a chore with luggage in particular.

Property is in an excellent location near the Pile Gate. Checkin was super easy, everything went well. Apartment was clean and had coffee available along with a kitchenette. Small but everything worked. Note there is no staff on site but can reach them easily on WhatsApp.

Very small but well appointed room. Location in the old town was excellent, a quiet street with very little through traffic, although on two of our three nights the courtyard next to our room was an outdoor cinema, but finished reasonably early, so did not disturb us much. The table and chairs on the street outside the main door to the apartments was a god send, to enjoy a quiet drink before dinner in the fresh air, as there was not enough space in the studio apartment for two to sit comfortably. However, given Dubrovnik is all about getting out and about, the lack of aparrment space was more than offset by the great location within the city walls.

Tolles Appartment im Herzen der Altstadt

Tolles kleines und modernes Appartment inkl. Küchenzeile in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitengasse, bis zur Haupt-Fußgängerzone "Stradun" sind es rund 80m. Perfekte Unterstützung durch die Hausverwaltung, die detaillierte Wegbeschreibung mit Bildern und GPS-Daten kam rechtzeitig per Mail, der Self-Check-in war völlig unproblematisch - und am Abreisetag konnte wir die Koffer noch bei der Hausverwaltung abstellen.

Lille, men komfortabel.

Lille, men meget komfortabel og velindrettet lejlighed / værelse, med lille køkken-område og bad. Vi boede på 4 sal uden elevator, så man skal ikke ha dårlige ben. Lille vindue, men med skøn udsigt op mod bjergene og lejlighed ligger i roligt område. Tæt på de små hyggelige shopping-gader, hvor der er rimelige priser på morgenmad. Nem incheckning med kode via e-mail og lellighed er nem at finde.

The property is a small walk-up apartment building in the heart of Old Town. It is quiet, clean and conveniently located. There was a large mini fridge, microwave, fold-out breakfast table with two stools, sink, dishes and utensils for your use. The room itself is cozy but was fine for two of us to share. The bathroom was a nice size and very clean and also comfortable. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Old Town near some major attractions at a very affordable price. The owners communicated via Whatsapp and was very responsive to our needs while we stayed there at the apartment.

It was very easy communicating with Dominatto (property management). They answered my queries promptly and were very helpful. The apartment was clean and conveniently located in a quiet corner of Old Town - perfect for exploring in the quiet early hours before it gets crowded. The stairs are narrow so I would advise against large/wide suitcases if possible. There is no elevator so using travel backpacks or shoulder bags would be ideal.
