편하고 깨끗하여 믿을 수 있는 숙소
구시가지에 여러 계단을 올라가지 않아도 되고, 10월 초에도 라파드 해변도 충분히 즐길 수 있었습니다. 크로아티아 5개 도시 숙소 중 제일 숙소 다운 숙소 였습니다. 도착하는 시간에 되도록 숙소를 미리 준비해 주려고 했고, 숙소도 충분히 크고 깨끗하고 어느 정도 생활에 필요한 기본 도구도 다 갖춰 있습니다. 주차 필요하신 분은 미리 데스크에 연락하셔서 지하2층 주차장을 이용할 수 있도록 하세요, 구글맵으로 찍으면 지하1층으로 들어가는데 비용은 직접 지불하셔야 합니다. 숙소 옆 건물에 있는 슈퍼도 어느 정도 필요한 것은 살 수 있습니다. 구시가지까지 4번 버스로 충분히 왔다갔다 할 수 있습니다.

리셉션에 계신 분이 너무 친절하게 주변 설명 해주시고 방도 너무 크고 쾌적해서 기분 좋게 이틀 숙박하고 왔습니다. 주변에 편의시설도 잘되어잇고 4번 버스 타면 올드타운까지 바로 연결되어 아주 편리했습니다.

Spacious, convenient close to the beach
Everything was nice, except some noise from the shops nearby. The room was spacoius with every equipment we needed. One need to check about he parking lot, since it is not easy to find, unless you are not infotmed in advance.

Nice sunset beach view and kind staff. But heating system couldn't work well. We called the engineer to adjust the boiling system twice time. We have slept very cold through one night.

완전 강추입니다.. 우선 방이 무지 커요 큰 거실에 방이 두개 더 있어요 요리 해먹을 수 있고 전자레인지도 있습니다 주차도 무료이구요 지하주차장인데 호텔 프론트가서 문열리는 리모컨 달라고 해야해요 호텔 직원 진짜 지금까지 갔던 곳 중에 가장 친절해요 그렇게 친절한 사람 첨 봤어요!! 씨티맵 진짜 꼼꼼하게 설명해주고 웰컴 초콜렛도 줍니다 . 정말 너무 만족스러운 호텔이었어요 올드타운가는 버스도 바로 앞에 있어요 고민말고 예약하세요

이번 여행에서 가장 만족스러웠던 호텔이었어요 구시가지에서 멀리 떨어져있어서 좀 걱정했는데 바로 앞에 버스가 10분 단위로 있어서 시내에도 쉽게 갈 수 있엇고 호텔 안에 슈퍼, 바, 까페, 식당, 마트가 있어서 정말 편리했고 신시가지가 구시가지 보다 조용하고 쉬기에도 좋았어요 호텔 바로앞에 해변이 있어서 바닷가에 가서 수영하고 호텔에 와서 바로 씻을 수 있어서 좋았고 무료로 비치 타월도 대여해줍니다 그리고 직원분께서 도착하자마자 10분 정도 엄청 상세하게 두브로브니크 소개를 해주고 친절했어요

Memorable stay in Dubrovnik
This hotel was the one of the best places especially if you travel with your old parents and your children. The staff were all very kind and friendly. There are many nice restaurants including a Korean restaurant and bars along side the beach and it is a good place to spend some of your afternoon or evening time walking around with your family. There is a local bus line going to the old city so you don't have to worry about the expensive parking fee. All the facilities are very neat and clean. The kitchen is also well equipped for you to cook. One thing that I want to suggest to the hotel is about parking. The parking lot entrance was closed when we got there because they're sharing the space with residents. It would have been really nice if they had posted something on the garage wall telling what to do or where to park as a hotel guest staying with a car. We entered the next parking lot in the beginning and had to move our car, then again, we needed to relocate our car in the right parking places allowed to the hotel guests. Other than that, this is a really nice place and I would definitely stay there if I go to Dubrovnik again.

가격에 비해 별로
넓고 에어컨이 방방마다 있어 시원했고 객실과 화장실 및 침구류는 깨끗해보였다. 그러나 화장실도 하나밖에 없었고 세탁기에 세제가 없었으며 행주나 키친타올도 없었고 냄비는 뚜껑이 없고 각종 식기류는 설거지가 덜되어 미끈거리고 얼룩이 많아 모두 다시 설거지하고 사용하였다.

여행 마지막이라 저녁을 해 먹을수 있는 편안한 Residence 호텔 최적이었음. Manager 가 Upgrade 해주어 더 넓은 곳에 머물었음. 모든 면에서 만족함!

In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location.

Fantastic apartment which was clean and spacious. Staff also very helpful. However, on several nights we could not sleep until around 12.45am due to noise from the bar downstairs and gatherings of local kids shouting

Dubrovnik hideaway
Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

Rented a 3 bedroom apartment here last week was very impressed with how modern and spacious , it was spotless with great amenities the staff where excellent , location was great 10 minute drive to old town small beach and bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus big supermarket and bakery on site it was a 10/10 for me and my family
