We loved the excellence of the property, staff and amenities! While the location wasn’t near the downtown it had a bus stop right at the property which we used daily for a 15 minute ride to the Old Town and back so easily. The pool with the view of the sea was phenomenal! The breakfast was exquisite! The staff were so helpful and cheerful each and every day. We can’t say enough about how great of a stay this was (and we travel extensively).

Dubrovnik Palace was wonderful. The location on the Adriatic Sea was beautiful. When you first walk into the lobby with all windows the scenery is spectacular. Pool area was great with plenty of chairs. The service and staff were excellent and great restaurants at hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Everything you want and more. The room was a nice size and balcony was large. I highly recommend this hotel in this beautiful country of Croatia.

Excellent facilities with plenty of amenities. They had a really cute store with nice dresses, purses and bathing suites. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice and the hotel has some amazing views. The bus sits right outside of the hotels front door which makes getting into Old Town extremely easy. Staff were all super sweet and helpful. I would stay here again, no complaints.

The property is fabulous but the food is just good. The staff are friendly but we had to chase them for our coffee each morning. When I checked in we asked to extend our stay by one night for a total or six nights. They said they would take care of it but when it came time they offered me a much smaller room with no balcony for more than I had paid for each previous night. I could have gotten a better deal from Expedia. The royal blue is much more accommodating and the food is much better.

Everything was great except for staff at breakfast. The omelet station was fast and great, but the waiters did not ask if we wanted anything to drink like coffee, water or fresh squeezed oj, which they do have. We went 4 mornings and was only asked 1 time. When I asked for OJ, I they were really rude and didn't want to bring it. Loved the pool and pool bar service. Rooms were large and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every time we indicated it needed to be cleaned via the door sign. Cleaning staff was understanding and cool so my wife and I give big props to them. Dining and drinks were a bit expensive inside the hotel, which was expect, but it gives you a reason to go out exploring and spend the money around the city. Even with the hotel being at the end of the strip it is still a manageable walk (20-25mins) to get to beach/shopping/dining area. Bus to Old Town was frequent and consistent, we used that a lot during out stay. Pools and beach at the hotel were very nice to chill out at before going out for the night. Would recommend for a nicer stay for a special occasion.

The hotel was a perfect way to end our trip in Croatia. The team was so helpful, offering any support we needed to figure out bus routes, arranging transportation, and making sure our stay was amazing. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, the sea and pool area were divine. Would love to stay here again in the future. Its well positioned between the ferry and old town, a short bus or uber/taxi will do the trick. And the airport is 35 minutes away.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly the hotel in general is good but it requires some maintenance to keep it up to a 5 stars hotel because currently I won't rate it as such. The hotel management needs to make some changes to make the experience 5 starts. Honestly the 4 stars hotels are offering more amenities and maintaining higher standards. This hotel has the full potential but needs better management. The staff are making the whole difference though as they are all super nice and very helpful. Again Overall it was a great experience!

The hotel is beautiful, we were upgraded to an executive room with a view of the sea, stunning to wake up to every morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much to choose from for breakfast, everything is fresh. Would highly recommend the Dubrovnik palace, such a wonderful hotel we didn’t want to leave, cannot wait to return.

Had a change in travel plans so booked this property closer to travel time. Very high end property. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked in with our passports and they saw that my husband had been born in Croatia (now a Canadian citizen) they upgraded us to a junior suite, which was beautiful, with 2 bathrooms, a sitting area, a big bedroom and a large deck looking out on the water. I can honestly say we have never stayed in anything quite that fancy before, and we appreciated their generosity and customer service.
