The reception desk team were very helpful, the property is so close to the beach and local restaurants and the old town is only a 10 minute bus journey away from just outside the hotel.

The staff made our visit an exceptional stay. The front desk gave us advice on local shops such as a local bakery and provided a tea kettle upon request, The room attendant wished us a wonderful stay and asked if there was anything we needed to improve our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location and wonderful staff especially the two bar men :)) the pool had the most wonderful view but the room was very dated the hairdryer was broken etc. could do with some reinvestment but would stay again due to the location, staff and vibe at the hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location to get to the beach, and use the number 4 bus which takes you to Old Town. The breakfast is nice and substantial, the bar is Pleasant. There is an elevator but several steps to get up to the elevator. Only downside is the room is very dated; they need to remove the carpet and have flat surface, and a change of bedding and pillows would be nice. The shower is very small! The cleaning lady, nada, was the sweetest person at the hotel!

Liked the room,cleanliness was good and breakfast was alright. Bar service was good. The location was excellent with good transport and nearby beach. Good restaurants nearby.Our first impression wasn't that good. The guy on reception was not welcoming and needs to go on a customer service course. Pretty rude. Didnt tell us where to go to dine, explain dining hours, pool location.or anything. Other staff were alright but not overly friendly.

A very pleasant stay. One great feature was its proximity to the beach. The room was good as was the air conditioning and the shower. We did not eat in the hotel in the evening but the breakfast was outstandingly good with an amazing choice. Free use of a small safe in reception. Regular bus to Dubrovnik old town 200m away. Several beach type restaurants nearby.

A little gem the staff were all very friendly and helpful my stay was changed to The Vis as the The Komodor was under some building work but the only down side was the weather but other wise I had a very enjoyable stay
