두브로브니크의 최고 좋은 뷰를 가진 숙소

Kate는 정말 친절하고 열정적인 host입니다 체크인할 때 방 하나하나를 꼼꼼하게 소개시켜주고 물건도 하나하나 설명해주셨어요 숙소는 좋은 뷰를 갖기 위해 조금 많이 올라가야합니다 5층 정도 높이의 계단을 올라야하지만 계단이 가파르지는 않아서 그렇게 힘들다는 생각은 들지 않았습니다 주차도 무료로 제공해주셔서 렌트카를 편하게 주차하고 올드 타운을 구경하고 전망대와 마트 갈 때에 차량을 이용했습니다 숙소는 아래층에 2개 룸, 2개 화장실, 넓은 거실과 부엌을 이용했습니다 Kate는 아래층의 독립된 공간에서 지내고 있어서 언제든지 필요한 게 있으면 내려가서 요청할 수 있었어요

The apartment was very spacious and has the most beautiful view. The host was very helpful answering questions. There are lots of stairs, but the view is worth it. And her son helps with luggage if you need that. Great location near old town.

Absolute Perfection in Dubrovnik! This penthouse is spectacular. The unobstructed, panoramic views of Old Town, the Adriatic, and Lokrum Island are truly unbelievable and worth the stay alone.The apartment itself was in pristine, spotless condition and fully stocked with every amenity needed for our 3-night stay.What sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The hosts helped us carry our luggage and welcomed us with a fresh fruit basket, water, and juice in the fridge. Kate and her husband even invited us onto their terrace for drinks one evening. Exceptional views, top-tier comfort, and genuine Croatian hospitality—highest recommendation for family friendly accommodation!

We had such a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik, and a huge part of that was because of our amazing host, Kate. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our trip, and Kate surprised us with a beautiful cake and wine. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that we truly appreciated and will always remember. ❤️ The views from the property are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery was incredible. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Kate was always available whenever we needed anything and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her son was also kind enough to help us bring our luggage upstairs, which we definitely appreciated! One thing future guests should know is that there are quite a few stairs to get to the property — but honestly, the views and the experience are worth every step. Consider it a good workout with an amazing reward at the top! 😊 We couldn’t have asked for a more personable, thoughtful, and welcoming host. Kate truly made our Dubrovnik experience extra special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Simply splendid! We loved our stay. Kati is an amazing host and most helpful. The views are outstanding and worth every penny. The stairs are not a big deal but you’ve got to climb stairs to get to this beauty. Cash only. Thanks again!!!

Completely Satisfied

The main reason I booked this property was the view in the photos, so let me assure you they are 100% accurate. The flat is amazing, and I will stay there again if I can. The kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast in the morning and there is a market either up or down the street. The walk in Dubrovnik is pretty short, in no time at all you can be in the port you see from your balcony. The woman that gave me the key was very helpful and I hope I left the property in a reasonably decent state.

The hosts were very responsive and very nice. The place is charming and the view. Incredible. Be aware: the walk into town gets pretty hot and the walk back is uphill. Also be aware that to access the penthouse. You have to go up 85 Stairs. Someone was there to help us with luggage on the way down, but not on the way up. Uber picks up right at the door so you need not walk into town if too far or limited ambulation

RENTER BEWARE: You may be forced to pay thousands of Euro in cash! If you select the option to "pay at property" (as I did, assuming CREDIT was an option), you will be unpleasantly surprised. I only booked a couple of nights (but that was still four figures) before traveling the rest of Croatia. The ATM markups are wild. This adds significant additional cost to your previously-agreed upon daily rate. No one in Croatia has a bank account for eTransfers, so I was left with no option. Of course I didn't carry that amount of cash on my person from the States. I reached out to Expedia for help and they did not provide any solutions. I ruined half of the day that I had in Dubrovnik running around in the oppressive heat trying to find a decent ATM. This gave me a massive migraine that forced me into bed for the afternoon / night and ruined the little time there that I had. Save yourself the trouble. Avoid this place. Expedia should vet more thoroughly.

아주 훌륭한 아파트. 아주 더운날만 아니라면...

복층 침실이 너무 더워 다섯가족이 자기엔 불편했어요. 입구부터 숙소까지 어마어마한 계단이 있어 짐 옮기기가 힘들었어요. 다른것들은 모두 만족스러웠고 특히 발코니에서의 경치는 으뜸이에요. 집도 고급스럽고 주방도 좋았어요. 단지 현금으로만 숙박비 결제가되서 조금 불편했어요.

친절한 오너와 최고의 위치라는 생각이 듭니다. 다만 구글맵에는 베스트올드타운뷰가 안나옵니다. 구글맵에 나오는 올드타운뷰와는 다른 곳이라 찾아가는 데 혼란이 있을 수 있습니다.

My best accommodation in Croatia. We stayed two nights. The view from the house was wonderful! It has one double bed, four single beds, two bathrooms, great kitchen and living room, two terraces. Furniture was antique and refined. I liked pictures on the wall, too. It was close to Cable car and Banje beach. It took 10 minutes from Ploce gate on foot. They offered free drinks and fruits as welcome food. There is no elevator to the penthouse but staff helped us. Staff was warm and kind. They tried their best to offer us a comfort stay. It was worth to stay here, especially for family. We really enjoyed our stay.

위치가 매우 좋음. 주차장이 있어서 매우 편리함. 주인이 매우 친절함. 바다와 구도시의 전망이 매우 훌륭함. 시설이 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있음. 주방시설이 충분하고 잘 갖추어져 있고, 실내와 베란다에 각각 식탁과 의자가 있어서 매우 편리함. 침실1은 더블침대, 침실2는 싱글침대 2개, 침실3은 싱글침대 2개가 있어 6인이 숙박가능함

The property had a fantastic view as pictured on Expeida. A nice kitchen fully functional. Our host was wonderful and made us feel welcome. The three bedroom was very spacious and well appointed. The stairs may be challenging to handicapped.

Dubrovnik view

This apartment had the most incredible view of old town Dubrovnik. The view was simply stunning. Now, there are stairs to get to apartment from the street, 95 to be exact. But it was worth the climb.

Perfect.

This is a wonderful apartment on the top of what must be an wonderful house. The top floor apartment has an insane view of the old city. Insane view. It’s comfortable, large, easy walk down to town, grocery shop and quick food just up and down the street. 5 stars.
