This is one of my most favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s a uniquely small hotel like staying in someone’s house. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. There is a lounge in the basement with complementary drinks and snacks open 24 hours a day. There are several fantastic patios that you can sit out on and enjoy the stunning view.

Amazing hotel!! Perfect location…right outside Pile gate, right next to the main square which is the meeting point for most of the tours and yet a peaceful haven, away from the noise of the old town. Room was beautiful, very upscale, with all amenities & a wonderful view of the Adriatic! Staff was super helpful with luggage & everything else. The little coffee/snack room is great! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing property in the most perfect location. With only 6 rooms, this property has been renovated to the highest standards and is kept impeccably clean. We had one of the bigger rooms facing out to the water and fort which is home to multiple Game of Thrones scenes, with access to a large outdoor balcony area right next to the room. Snacks and drinks are available all day and night at no charge and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 minute walk to the main gate of old town and more restaurants and bars than you can count within easy reach. Absolutely recommend for anyone spending some time in Dubrovnik.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay here at the Sea Rocks Residence! It’s a lovely, small (5 room?) hotel right near the main entrance to Dubrovnik’s historic old town. The location was perfect for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding beaches and islands. The room was very comfortable, absolutely silent, and air conditioned down to 18C - very very comfortable even in the heat of summertime. The comforter on the bed was a bit small (my wife and I are both cover-hogs), but the great staff happily provided an extra one for us. Great balcony with a view of the old town walls, fort, and water. Multiple spots to jump in the water within a short walking distance. Would definitely visit again or recommend it to my friends!
