수영장과 발라마르 전용비치에서 수영하고 휴양즐기기 너무 좋은 리조트 . 조식도 매우 맛있다 다시갈 의향이있다 필레게이트까지는 버스6번이면 한 15분 걸리는 듯 버스티켓도 호텔 안에서 구입할 수있다 !!

전반적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다! 올드타운으로가는 버스도 호텔 앞에서 탈 수 있습니다. 조식도 맛있고, 수영장도 좋았어요! 해변까지 거리가 살짝 있지만 (수영장에서 걸어서 10-15분?) 걸어갈만 합니다!! 욕조에 물 빠지는데가 부러져서 전화를 했는데 바로 와서 고쳐주셨어요~~ 직원분들도 친절하시고 또 묵고싶네여

프레지던트 호텔 프라이빗비치 최고에요..반예비치보다 훨씬 예쁘고 여기서 일몰 꼭 보시길! 야외 바에서 연주들으면서 술한잔해도 진짜 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 조식은 무난했는데 오믈렛이 참 맛있었어요. 다만, 방에서 개미가 나와서 좀 당황스러웠네요 직원이 와서 약뿌려준 후에는 괜찮았어요. 그밖에 방 컨디션은 무난했습니다.

욕조 배수구가 고장나서 고쳐달라고 연락했는데 와서 그냥 빼놓고가서 다시 연락하니 못고친다고 수동으로 넣어다 뺏다 하라고 하고 갔습니다 샤워기도 고장나서 물이 다 새고요 그래서 방 바꿔달라고 전화하니 기다리라하고 기다려도 대답없어서 다시 3번이나 전화했습니다 그래도 연락없어서 카운터로 직접내려가니 방이 꽉찼다고 그냥 쓰라고했어요 내일 아침에 바꿔준다고요 근데 다음날 아무말도 없고 구경하러 나가야되서 저도 요청안했더니 아무일없는듯 넘어갔습니다 여긴 서비스가 불친절한것 같아요 4성호텔에서 연락해도 답이 없고 말을해도 기다리라고하고 답을 안해줍니다 이돈이면 다른 호텔에서 자는게 날거같아요

It wouldve been so bad if the receptionist, Dubravka, didn't help us out when problems occurred. Shes been wonderful in communication while the others are not helpful at all. Many problems have been occurred including Shower tap has continously kept changing the temperature of the water, and It is highly-rated because of manner of the receptionist,Dubravka.

여기서 4박했는데.. 샤워기는 물이 새고 있었고.. 전화기는 고장난 상태의 방이었음. 주차는 돈을 내고 하는데도 들어갈 때마다 카운터에 가서 얘기해야 들어갈 수 있었음. 주변에 암것도 없어서 뭐 사러 시내로 나가야 했음. 가격대비 별로임. 대신 조식이 맛있다.. 나머지는 좀 별로였다.

휴양 관광 모두 무난하게 할 수 있는 곳
구시가에서 버스로 10-15분 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 버스정류장까지는 걸어서 3분 정도입니다. 저는 해변이 보이는 쪽의 객실에 묵었는데, 탁 트인 전망이 좋습니다. half board라서 호텔의 레스토랑에서 뷔페 식사를 했고 꽤 다양한 종류의 메뉴가 있습니다. 숙박객은 수영장을 무료로 이용할 수 있는데, 괜찮은 편입니다. 버스터미널과 가까운 곳을 원하시거나 올드타운 내에 머물면서 관광 위주의 여행을 원하시는 분 보다는 휴양을 겸하고 싶은 분들께 추천합니다.

Amazing Hotel with great facilities, fantastic breakfast and a beautiful setting. Watching the sunset from the hotel’s restaurants was brilliant. The outdoor and the indoor pool are very clean and perfect for the hot days in Dubrovnik!

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was kind and helpful. The place was clean. It is walking distance to good beaches which was what we wanted. The hotel does cater to an audience of cruise folks, not a negative but may not be everyone’s taste. You’ll have to drive to old town because there’s not much else to do around the hotel. The negatives: our room may need some upkeeping, there was a leak from the vent ceiling that we thought may be the AC. And the shower door did not prevent the water from flowing out everywhere when showering. And the pillows were incredibly flat even when folded to double up.

My daughter and I returned home last night after having an absolutely wonderful time at a beautiful hotel. The hotel was amazing, and we were thrilled with the quality of the breakfast and dinner that were provided. I am so glad we opted for the half board option, and I recommend that you do the same. Despite booking a basic room, we were still extremely pleased with the super clean and spacious room that had a stunning view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music that was performed in the bar every night. The outdoor and indoor pools were both fantastic and added to our enjoyment of the trip. It took us just 11 minutes and 6 euros by Uber to get to the old city. Overall, we rate this city and hotel a perfect 10 out of 10!

Hotel was very lovely, with all good amenities, and easy dining opportunities along with courteous and helpful staff. My only small criticism, is that when B & B guests are on excursion trips, the breakfast boxes provided, should have less carbs and sugary treats and more protein such as nuts, pulses and eggs in them.

We had a wonderful week at the Lacroma, the pool(s) were great, the private beach nearby was the best we found in the area, the buffet breakfasts and dinners were a constant delight and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the entire hotel aeemed to have a perfect view of the incredible.sunsets. We definitely intend to return next time we visit Dubrovnik!

The Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik is situated on the Adriatic Sea. The view from our room of the sea was fantastic. The room itself was spacious and very clean. All staff were professional in their appearance and demeanor. The food was excellent and service first rate. You will enjoy this hotel!
