"the property was newly renovated so our room was clean & in good condition although the outside looked rather grungy & uninviting. The information on their site indicated that breakfast would be available & the sign on the highway driving into Swan River also stated this! But we were told that no food at all is served in the barl/lounge. It wasn't an issue bcs there are a few other places to eat, but we were just surprised. The TV reception cut out due to no WIFI service, also not an issue The only real negatives were that the water in the shower was not much above tepid & a couple of times, people were crashing into the hallway walls at night. Other than that we were comfortable in this hotel"

"For what I needed it was great. I travel lots so I have learnt to have things I feel important to have and with doing so. It was really fantastic for myself and my daughter. It was one of our best visits. It as a great price. We both stayed down stairs The upstairs wasn’t good for me as I get dizzy. And my daughter has no depth perception. It’s an older place. And it’s referred to as the cottage. And that is a perfect way to present it. They are only a text away. Very helpful and prompt. It was great for us. 😊👌 "
