We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets
They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking โ
โGreat 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly.
Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it.โ
โThis is proving to be very comfortable & convenient & Im considering a longer stay with my business in Newcastle ongoing, I cant think of a better location for being central to the city & it allows me to at the end of the day being able to switch off & wind down & enjoy the peace & privacy this place has to offer.โ
โThis is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again.
The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else. โ
โThe property was conveniently located. The access was easy. The bathrooms were the best. Very spacious. Easy check in/check out.
The staff were very helpful.
The parking is only off the street.
Loved the setting.
