“My wife and i stayed here as a stop while walking the Camino de Santiago. What an exceptional place! The building is charming, the breakfast layout is better than many others we have had at a much higher price, and the staff are extraordinary and helpful in so many ways. Highly recommended!”

“Alojamiento de estilo muy familiar, súper amables, todo limpio, agua y café de bienvenida. Habitación muy bien decorada y acogedora. No nos dio tiempo a probar el restaurante, precioso a nivel decoración, seguro que merece la pena. Venía por temas médicos, muy recomendable si os tenéis que alojar cerca del Hospital Mompia. A 5 minutos a pie”

“Parking with my car trailer was easy. Sunday night before catching the ferry. There’s a nice cafe a short walk down the hill to the left. Breakfast is buffet style toast, cereals, fruit juices. 10 Euro pp. The rooms are super clean & comfortable. WiFi is a little slow, but is small criticism in my view. Please visit YouTube channel DocksideGlyn. Some nice videos. It will help towards Cancer Research.”

“This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am. ”

“Absolutamente fantástico. Es un sitio de ensueño, la comida maravillosa y el lugar impactante. Lo más especial sin embargo es la atención del personal. Se comprometen a la llegada de hacerte sentir en casa y realmente lo logran. No hubo detalle que no atendieran y momento en el cual no nos hicieran sentir como dueños de ese maravilloso palacio. “The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),...

“Lovely hotel just out of Santander in a reasonably sized village. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bakeries all close by. Several sandy beaches within walking distance. Hotel was clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con was powerful. We stopped here the night before we were due to catch the boat from Santader. Would happily stay here agin.”

“Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. ”
