โNice B&B just outside Waterford. Helpful hosts, good breakfast. The owner is famous for her soda bread and indeed it tasted great.
Transport wise you'd have to be on bikes or with a car to reach it, but definitely can be a better option than more expensive places in the city.โ
โThe hotel had it all and is on Waterfordโs beautiful marina. The 1843 Bar was truly incredible food; the room itself was very pleasant with a great set of amenities; and the staff were lovely. Would 100% stay here again!โ
โThe huts and gardens were fantastic. The huts had everything you needed and were clean and tidy. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night watching the bats! โ
โWe stayed in the cabin in the back which wasโฆ. Absolutely adorable and as pictured. I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...
