The lack of a lift can be a negative but as you saw with David, the staff are more than happy to assist. We are getting intermittent issues in some parts of the Hotel and are currently looking at a new install. Because we are a Hotel with a Restaurant we do not have cooking facilities or toasters in the rooms. Good morning Keith,Thank you for your feedback and review. My sincere apologies for your negative experience with Breakfast. As it is a Buffet Style Breakfast I am not sure which components were luke warm. I will look into this and get the Team to monitor the temperatures to ensure this is avoided going forward.
