We happily spent an afternoon wandering the gardens, admiring the myriad of wonderful plants themed by their location on the globe. Near the top of the gardens is a large aviary, when birds from all over the world are housed. Some of the birds are relocated to the nearby Orokonui Ecosanctuary too, check both of these places out :)

The staff were lovely but the water wasn’t that hot. Got moved to a different room thinking it was an issue with the pipes in my first room but the water still wasn’t that hot. Kind of a let down. Other than that everything was amazing.
