“Great location and very comfy beds! Nicely decorated and really warm with heat pumps.”

“This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.”

“Nothing really impressed us. The utensils were substandard so many things were not available, frig, freezer because the freezer didn't work. There was no acholol was not allowed, we only have one drink for dinner, Owner and family lived above us and because of the wooden floor we heard every footstep and it was very annoying when we wanted quiet time or to sleep. Parking was supposedly off site, which we only found out about when we checked in, my wife was on crutches so not suitable at all. ...
