“Hotel was very clean and welcoming. Facilities were excellent and room was spacious. On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop! Location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring.”

“Great communication with the company before the stay. Apartments are nice, spacious with necessary amenities. Cons: the beds are wayyy too small. Two of my friends fell off their beds in the middle of the night! And the shower wasn’t working properly in two of the apartments. We did inform reception but nothing was done. Overall though, I would likely stay here again because everything else makes up for it and the location is also fantastic. ”

“Great stay. Free parking. At quiet end of Broad St. As most properties are residential you do not get the noisy revellers trudging up and down the corridors at all hours. Apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. ”

“Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house.”

“For a little peace and quiet in a cosy comfortable Shepards Hut, I couldn’t have asked for better. Slept so well. The welcome basket was a nice touch. So close to Upton-Upon-Severn with great selection of shops & pubs etc.”

“Great place to stay. Modern, clean, comfortable and with easy access to the city centre. Our parking space was very tight being in between pillars, luckily we had a small car. A security deposit was taken beforehand which I had to chase up to be refunded a week after our stay.”

“This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!”
