"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. "Stayed in a double room, quite small. But everything you need. Spotlessly clean. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was courteous and friendly. Had drinks in the bar, not overly priced. Breakfast was really good, quality produce & plenty of selection. A very minor point, the tables are quite close to each other, so felt a bit squashed. Overall an excellent stay, the decor is amazing. Staff really friendly & helpful. Highly recommended "
