“Cet hôtel est une vraie pépite. Situé au pieds de la montagne Vitosha , il vous propose des chambres avec des vues magnifiques ( notre studio en était la preuve ). Les aménagements sont confortables , luxueux , choisis avec goût. Nous avons séjourné avec un bébé de 18mois, et nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un coin enfants dans l hôtel , beau et adapté à tout âge . Le restaurant est qualitatif , les produits sont de saison . Le personnel est aimable , respectueux . Je recommande .”

“Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! ”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”
