Welcoming staff, good food. Management to hire maintenance for window cleaning because view from hotel to beach is amazing however the messy windows made it disguising to look through.

Dingy and Dirty

My stay was horrible to say the least. Let alone the fact that the facilities are old but the hotel is so dirty! i could build a sand a castle with the dust that that was on the counter of the "Ironing Room". Aircon was not working, tried to open the window, but it came out of the hinges! I was terrified because it could have fallen on someone or something! that was scary. No security guard at night! reception left unattended sometimes. the only positive thing i can say about this place is that the towels were super clean. the beds were not comfortable at all. horrible experience.

Needs a bit of a refresh. Carpets look and feel old, walls need a repaint. Bed and bathroom all fine, comfortable and clean. Plug points nominal and in the wrong place (ie no available plug point within reach of the desk!). Basic, fine, but not great for business travellers certainly. Suitably-priced.

Strategically located but a disapointment

You are literally welcomed by a disapointing look right from the entrance to the stuffy reception area, corridors rooms are also stuffy. Furniture is extremly old. Dirty linen. Wi fi does not work at all in the rooms, even at reception area its just too weak. They must just state that they do not have wi fi. The security guy who was there is busy forcefully asking to help with run arounds so you can pay him.

Good but not great!

Good but poor that they don't have adapter plugs in the room! Called reception, they said I must come deposit and collect downstairs! Arrived there and they told me there no more adapters!

My online booking was not reflecting on the hotel's system at the time of check-in, which caused a great deal of stress as the hotel said they were fully booked. However after negotiating with the hotel to sort out alternative accomodation, finally at the new hotel nearby, the staff there was more helpful than Gooderson.

Hotel was not too bad but service was terrible. No hot water on 2 days of my 3 night stay and a leaking toilet which took maintenance days to sort out.......

Potential of great hotel.

I was greeted by an indifferent clerk. I had to carry my luggage into the hotel and to my room. There is a magnificent panoramic view which you cannot properly enjoy through very filthy windows. Carpet in the hallway is badly torn presenting the hazard of tripping. Also really stained. NO WIFI in room.

Very Welcoming and Clean!

The room was booked for my parents, and from what they told they received good service from the staff members and their room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast service was also good. They seem to have enjoyed their stay!!

Good hotel

Very satisfied with this hotel. The room was enormous; the included breakfast was incredible. However, we had a window without a seal, and the bathroom wasn't so well maintained. Would stay again.
