The apartment was cockroach infested (all over the cutlery, shower, under beds, etc.). The floors were so dirty that just walking barefoot led to a layer of caked dirt underfoot.
The staff at reception were nice enough, but the hygiene situation is unacceptable. Especially since they somehow expect their guests to clean up the apartment before leaving.
